So we had our couch refunded even before we had it. I read so much horror story on structube afterwards that never again will I go and strongly discourage everyone. Je suis extrêmement déçue du service que j'ai reçu. Mon copain et moi sommes étudiants à Sherbrooke et nous avons donc un appartement pour que nous habitons de septembre à début juin. Nous sommes allés en magasin le 11 juin pour regarder les divans et finalement nous avons trouvé notre compte. Nous allons à la caisse pour aller voir l'employée, car personne n'est venu nous voir, elles jasaient toutes entre elles, Nous lui disons le modèle que nous voulons et nous voulons en savoir davantage (ex. est-il possible de payer en versement, comment le système de livraison fonctionne, etc) Finalement elle nous dit que c'est très simple, c'est un modèle très populaire et qu'il en reste 13 à l'entrepôt et qu'avec la période de déménagement et tout il faudrait le réserver pour à l'entrepôt. Parfait, alors elle nous dit qu'on peut faire un dépôt sur le divan et ça nous le réserve et qu'ensuite elle va pouvoir mettre la date que nous voulons le faire livrer, c'est-à-dire le 6 juillet, car nous avons notre nouveau logement seulement le 1er et que c'est un lundi et leur livraison sont seulement le mercredi et samedi (il faut être dispo de 8h00@20h00). Alors nous payons un dépôt de 320$ (détails de la facture : divan 999.99$ + livraison 60.00 + tx.) Elle nous dit que finalement elle ne peut pas sélectionner de date avant que le divan soit payé en totalité, parfait alors, nous lui demandons c'est quand la date limite pour venir payer le divan pour l'avoir le 6 juillet, elle nous dit que nous devons venir à l'intérieur d'un mois, mais que le mercredi 3 juillet est la limite pour avoir le divan livrer le samedi 6. Nous partons heureux de notre achat. Mercredi 3 juillet, nous descendons de Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu (où nous habitons durant l'été) pour aller payer la balance sur notre divan. Elle nous fait payer la balance de 900.00$ et quand elle arrive pour sélectionner la date de livraison qui est le samedi suivant, elle nous dit que ça ne sera pas possible parce que la personne qui a fait notre facture a inscrit que c'était une cueillette en magasin dans le dossier, MAIS NOUS AVONS LE DÉTAIL DE LIVRAISON 60.00$ SUR NOTRE FACTURE. Elle me dit que le problème ne pourra pas être régler la soirée même, car il n'y a plus de quantité en stock et que le bureau chef est fermé à cette heure et que je ne pourrai pas avoir mon divan de livrer samedi le 6 juillet comme prévu. Donc elle est en train de m'expliquer que j'ai fait 3 heures de voiture dans ma soirée pour finalement qu'elle me dise que non ça ne sera pas possible et qu'il n'y aura rien à faire???? Alors mon copain et moi tentons de rejoindre un service à la clientèle le lendemain matin et il n'y a pas de service à la clientèle pour les magasins, si nous avons un problème nous avons à faire affaire avec le magasin même. Le magasin avec qui nous avons dû nous battre pour se faire rembourser notre livraison et qui pouvais toujours pas nous le livrer le 6 juillet ça allait à la semaine prochaine, cependant je n'ai pas juste ça à faire descendre à Sherbrooke pour le plaisir! Alors nous avons fait rembourser notre divan avant même de l'avoir eu. J'ai lu tellement d'histoire d'horreur sur structube par la suite que plus jamais je n'irai et je déconseille fortement tout le monde. Brault et Martineau here we come, toujours un service hors pair!

Clean, has a sanitiser dispenser. Enough base verity doesnt have allot of green/purple deco. The handle designes for drors arnt great imo but usable. Most of the drors have a nice slider feel Personally i wouldnt buy from there because it doesnt have enough quality items. Finally, at the beginning of September, we went to the store and had to change products in order to be able to have a table on which to eat and do homework, 2 months after the initial order. In short, this company is in serious trouble when it comes to customer service. I strongly advise against doing business with this company, especially if you are looking to avoid wasted time and many disappointments in your daily life. Bref, cette entreprise a de sérieux ennuis en ce qui concerne son service à la clientèle. Je déconseille fortement à toute personne, de faire affaire avec cette compagnie, particulièrement si vous cherchez à éviter les pertes de temps et les nombreuses déceptions dans votre quotidien.

Je ne peux pas envisager une livraison à domicile car on exige une présence à la maison pour une demi journée et il est hors de question de payer $65 si je peux aller chercher le colis au magasin. En plus, le conseiller au support sur le site web m'a indiquer qu'il ne peux simplement rien faire de plus pour trouver une solution....Vraiment très décevant comme modèle d'affaire.

À la mi-juillet, toujours son divan, j'ai décidé d'appeler (assez patient jusqu'à maintenant). J'ai essayé d'appeler 6 fois au service à la clientèle et on m'a raccroché la ligne au nez puisque les délais d'attente étaient trop longs. On m'a finit par m'écrire pour me dire que ma commande allait arriver le 7 août. On est le 14, j'ai rappelé. Encore une fois, 4 tentatives de parler avec quelqu'un chez Structube sans succès. J'ai finalement pu parler avec une personne pour me faire dire que le divan n'arriverait pas avant mi-septembre. J'ai essayé de porter plainte, mais la fille m'a dit que ce n'était pas possible par téléphone. Je n'ai pas été capable de trouver l'endroit pour le faire sur le site de structube, donc je le fais ici. Je vais annuler ma commande d'ici mercredi le 19 si je n'ai eu aucun retour. J'ai encore à meubler ma chambre à coucher, rien ne m'incite à aller vers Structube pour la suite.
