Very friendly service. When I originally called (fall 2020) it was late in the season so I had to wait until spring (2021). I was worried I'd get lost in shuffle and have to chase them down, but they called like they said they would, no funny business with the quote either (had other companies change numbers cause of covid). They showed up and job was done quickly. Everything looked great, did some creative work to solve a problem I had at back of house as well. Great service.

Absolutely horrible work. I had an eaves trough installed a month ago and the workman did not put a proper slope on it creating a low spot over a door that is now creating large and dangerous icicles. Additionally one of the downspouts has already fallen off. I have tried to contact the company to have it repaired but they have not returned any phone calls. DO NOT HIRE this company, I wish I hadn't.

Hopefully this review will deter some people, if I can reach out to even one customer from making a mistake then this will be worth it. I requested a quote for eavestrough in the fall. They said it was too late in the season to install and replied they would make arrangements to contact me in the spring and I was put on a “list”. They came back in the spring without advising me and installed the eavestrough while I was out of town working. I received a text asking for payment right away. I was immediately concerned as I don’t believe in paying for a product that I can’t see. Upon review of the installation it was not installed to my liking. Numerous attempts to meet with them were made but it was no shows. Again they called for payment but at this time I was laid off, cause of covid and the product was still not rectified. By the end of the summer season, I was back to work and arrangements were made to meet to satisfy my concern and make the final payment. They showed up an hour before scheduled appointment. (I was not home at the time). I arrived 10 minutes before meeting time but they had already removed the eavestrough and drove away. A slandering text message from the business owner was sent to my significant other and we received a threat of a lawsuit for a review that was posted by her. I urge when dealing with this company that you have things in writing and ensure the work performed is done with you present and make sure it is done correctly. Ive always supported small businesses but the lack of professionalism and lack of care for my happiness with the install has left me thinking maybe this company doesn’t need our business. Please look elsewhere before committing with these guys, we have received many stories from other customers with similar experiences through out the city.
