We went there, chose flooring and carpet, they came out and measured. We called them about a week later, they promised to have the quote to us the next day. Never heard from them. That was over 2 months ago - almost 3 now. We ended up going to Superior Tile. Carpet and flooring installed. Very disappointed in carpet one.
