I just received my linen pjs today and I can't say enough about how pleased I am! As someone who sewed their own clothing for decades, I can attest to the superb workmanship. No detail was overlooked. There are nice deep pockets in the pants. I would not hesitate to answer the door wearing these! I'm so happy to support a business in Sault Ste. Marie. The customer service was stellar, and I would not hesitate to recommend 49th Apparel (in fact I already have) and would encourage anyone to purchase from this fine Ontario company.

We love 49th Apparel! First found out about them at the Craft Show in Toronto and have been purchasing ever since. The whole family now has matching plaid pjs (that are particularly hilarious around Christmas time). The fabric is so warm and comfortable. Recently we purchased from the womenswear collection and have been exceptionally happy with our purchases. The shirts are exceptionally comfortable and the fabric quality is really great. We've always had amazing service from the company, both in person and through online sales, they've always added a very personable and unique touch. Highly recommend!

The fabric is lovely and high-quality, the cut is great, and it helps me avoid overheating in the middle of the night. I have a small capsule wardrobe and a good portion of it is from 49th apparel - a combination of the stuff handmade in the Sault and a few other ethically produced dresses and tunics that are handpicked by the owner. The quality of everything is fantastic and Daryl is extremely knowledgeable about fit and fabric as well as always available to answer questions through Facebook or email! His designs are classy and timeless - I will be wearing my linen Bridget tunics for years to come! 100% recommend!

I decided to splurge and treat myself to a pair of Women's Classic Cropped pajamas in 100% linen and am so pleased that I did. The workmanship is excellent, the fabric is of good quality, the fit is just how I like my pjs - nice and roomy. Delivery was speedy and tracking info provided was accurate. I have washed them in cold water and hung to dry a couple of times and they get softer after each wash. This was an excellent investment and I will definitely be buying more pajamas from 49th Apparel. I'm thrilled to have found a Canadian company for all my pyjamas and am thinking of buying some other pieces from 49th Apparel in the future.

I just recieved my cotton pajama set from 49th Apparel and I'm obsessed! I'm currently in the middle of the social distancing measures of Covid-19 so the second they arrived I put them on and wore them all day. The pattern is adorable and the fabric is a good enough quality that it almost feels like a waste to sleep in them. Ordered 2 more nightshirts from here last week and have to admit, I can only sleep in 49th Apparel now! The quality and craftsmanship is second to none, and also love the high quality flannel. The one's I purchased last year look as good as the day I bought them, just follow the washing instructions and no high heat dryer. The Customer Service and delivery is great as well. I am truly a customer for life. Thank you for making my sleeps dreamy!

Absolutely the best Pyjamas you could ever wear. All my five kids and husband got them for Christmas Pj’s, now the boys have nightshirts we have robes we have boxers , we cant get enough. Amazing pyjamas and absolutely wonderful customer service. When I reached out to Daryl about the possibility of doing an alteration to accommodate a medical device for a relative he responded right away and said they could do the job without a problem. I even bought a pair for myself and can say this is top notch fabric and quality craftsmanship. On top of this they shipped it in blazing fast time, in time for Christmas. Worth every penny because you will have these for years and you are supporting Canadian business, not cheap items made overseas which would never last as long. Ordered two beautiful sleep gowns, one of the traditional unisex ones and another more of a girlish cut. The material is fantastic and customer service was great - very happy with my purchase! I did order a medium in the unisex sleep gown but it was very big - so I ended up gifting it to my husband who loves it. I would say definitely size down when ordering. Makes a great gift or a nice way to treat yourself :)
