Absolutely terrible customer service, I have been waiting over 4-5 months for my couch to arrive an dyes I understand it's covid but I asked for call updates and hadn't heard from anyone for over 2 months until I called them, I was informed it was suppose to arrive within a couple weeks and was told I'd be called with updates even if it did not, more than 1.5 months again and I called for any sort of update and my calls weren't answered and my messages never returned. I called again a couple weeks ago on a Tuesday and was told it would be in sarnia Thursday and I would be called Friday even if was not in sarnia, 3 weeks passed with no call again, I called twice and left messages with no answer; they finally reached out telling me it had "finally arrived" but we had more issues and they argued with me over it not fitting in the elevator of my building despite me telling them multiple times the day I bought it, that the elevator was being replaced to be significantly larger.
I emailed back and forth and they asked for the exact height, they said "90" but keep in mind it will be slightly taller than that once it stands up and our guy said he's tried in that building before and it won't fit so let us know how you plan to rectify this", I measured our elevator and told them AGAIN it is well over 100" and won't be an issue.
I've asked what will be done to rectify this situation as this is ridiculous and now my emails are being completely ignored.
Will NOT be shopping here again.
