Had an excellent experience in all aspects, selecting, purchasing and installation. Staff is very professional and knowledgeable about the various styles and products. They spent time explaining a variety of choices and how each one suited my home. All of my blinds came in quickly and installation was also quickly booked. Excellent service and great products. Love my new blinds.

Horrible service, took 3-4 months to get 6 blinds. Colours were wrong, sent the wrong blinds for our bathroom. Very hard to get ahold of anyone. Find another company, these guys don't deserve your money.

Shopping at Covers Sarnia, I found all staff courteous,friendly and accommodating . The staff are knowledgeable in decorating which assist me to arrive at decisions that truly work for me. It does take time in receiving ordered goods for one is receiving custom product. My shopping experience at Covers Sarnia will definitely have me return to this store .
