(Translated) My 2021 disappointment. We had good service when ordering and we got beautiful lingerie, but we had a lot of trouble for our double vanity. First, there was a measurement error for the drawers that wouldn't close (even though they had one of our manufacturing sinks in hand) and a medicine cabinet mirror scratched in the delivery. They sent a repairman a few weeks later to change the mirror and fix the drawers, but there was a new mistake in the drawer cuts so needed another visit to adjust the drawers. At the start of the "repairer", we notice a tick in our quartz counter (directly under the replaced mirror) when we know very well that it was not there when we brushed our teeth that morning. We try to catch up with the "repairer" without success so we call the company. We were offered a repair a few weeks later... but the break still showed because they couldn't dye it (so we ended up with a small gray spot on our "new" white counter). When we share our dissatisfaction with the repair with the seller, it degenerates and we are accused of being ourselves responsible for the breakage in addition to saying that we have already cost them quite a lot of the same with all the repairs! Someone even dared to claim that I might be bringing cauldrons into my bathroom! In addition, we are told that we can't prove anything because we didn't stay in the bathroom during work - unlike the "repairman"... In short, we got tricked and I I was strongly insulted by the injustice of the situation and the comments of the seller. Don't be like us: if you do business with this company, film or stay in the room during an installation or repair despite COVID. Or even refuse on-site repairs (the cutouts are all crooked anyway). Otherwise, you risk ending up like us with a damaged new counter without any possible recourse and preposterous accusations. For our other cabinets, we are definitely changing companies. (Original) Ma déception 2021. On a eu un bon service lors de la commande et on a obtenu une belle lingerie, mais on a eu de nombreux ennuis pour notre vanité double. D'abord, il y a eu une erreur de mesure pour les tiroirs qui ne fermaient pas (même s'ils avaient en main un de nos lavabos pour la fabrication) et un miroir de pharmacie tout égratigné dans la livraison. Ils ont envoyé un réparateur quelques semaines plus tard pour changer le miroir et arranger les tiroirs, mais il y a eu une nouvelle erreur dans les coupes du tiroir donc besoin d'une autre visite pour l'ajustement des tiroirs. Au départ du "réparateur", on remarque une coche dans notre comptoir de quartz (directement sous le miroir remplacé) alors qu'on sait très bien que ce n'était pas là quand on s'est brossé les dents le matin même. On tente de rattraper le "réparateur" sans succès donc on appelle l'entreprise. On nous offre une réparation quelques semaines plus tard... mais le bris paraît toujours car ils ne peuvent pas le teindre (on a donc, au final, un petit spot gris sur notre comptoir blanc "neuf"). Quand on partage notre insatisfaction de la réparation au vendeur, ça dégénère et on nous accuse d'être nous-mêmes responsables du bris en plus de dire qu'on leur a déjà coûté assez cher de même avec toutes les réparations! On a même osé prétendre que j'amenais peut-être des chaudrons dans ma salle de bain! En plus, on nous dit qu'on ne peut rien prouver parce qu'on n'est pas restés dans la salle de bain pendant le travail - contrairement au "réparateur"... Bref, on s'est fait rouler et j'ai été solidement insultée par l'injustice de la situation et les propos du vendeur. Ne faites pas comme nous : si vous faites affaire avec cette entreprise, filmez ou restez dans la pièce pendant une installation ou une réparation malgré la COVID. Ou encore refuser des réparations sur place (les découpes sont toutes croches anyway). Autrement, vous risquez de finir comme nous avec un comptoir neuf abîmé sans aucun recours possibles et des accusations abracadabrantes. Pour nos autres armoires, on change assurément de compagnie.
