Went into les Pierres Pietras with an idea and came out with a project! Strongly recommend les Pierres Pietras for any project! M Roberto took time to explain me how to do my project, showed me pictures, showed him the type of pierres I wanted and which kind of tone I wanted it to look like and he took time to show me different types and how they will come out! Always professionnal & very honnest! Also wanted an electric fireplace, M Roberto took time to show me there inventory and explain the difference between each one and never put any pressure to buy! Upon delivery, the fireplace had an issue which is from the manufacturer and M Roberto took time to fix the issue with the manufacturer which as solved the next day! When it came time to finishing our two fireplaces we visited most of the stores carrying decorative fireplace stones around Montreal. Les Pierre Pietra had the best selection of stones by far. Gain-Marco was extremely helpful throughout the selection process and even let us bring samples home to see them in our own space. Both fireplaces turned out great and we can confidently give them an A+ recommendation.

After an exhausting few days of visiting store after store, we ended our search at Les Pierres Pietra. Hindsight is 20/20 as they say and thus we should have started here. I truly did not expect the level of service I received from Robert and his bro. Truly exceeded my expectations! The team is extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell and were instrumental in guiding us in the right direction to choose the right product for our project as well as for providing step by step instructions for the installation. Throughout my DIY project, Robert contacted me to see how things were going and provided additional support. Had he come by to help me install the stone, I would have given them a 6 star rating :-) Keep it up boys!
