Jordan was so easy to work with and is fun, upbeat, and a talented designer. She put the vision I had in my head into renderings so I could be confident in the bold choices I envisioned. Just chatting with Jordan about the my initial ideas helped me to get to my final design which was a major pivot. The mood board Jordan created was key in the pivot. Jordan was so helpful in sourcing items, making my reno so much less stressful. In addition, she was great with her design tips and suggestions. Jordan is timely, professional, responsive, and a pro at what she does. She is a fantastic designer with the ability to design more than one style. Jordan was great! We enlisted her in the middle of our remodel project for assistance with interior & exterior paint selections, some furniture & fixture selections, and overall advice. She was very quick to align with our overall goals, provide great advice, and even change our minds in a few places we had gone astray. All while being easy to talk to, friendly, and very professional. After we met she followed up with an email recapping our discussion and a few links for fixture/furniture options. She then sent large paint sample sheets to the house so that we could confirm our selections visually. Overall great experience and very helpful!

Jordan at Willaby Way was absolutely amazing to work with! I contacted her right away when she started her business for a rebrand for my own business. She responded right away and started on the project as soon as her business launched. I got my rebrand materials (logos and submarks, instagram highlight images, and more!) about two weeks after we started the process, and she even went above and beyond and sent me a little thank you card with a gift card included! Jordan definitely has some of the best customer service I have ever seen from a small business! As we started the process of creating my brand, Jordan asked me lots of questions to get to know what I was looking for and what kind of brand I was looking for. We decided to go with a touch of Minnesota with the pine tree, but kept a more adventurous/mountain vibe with it as well. I couldn't have asked for a more accurate representation of what I wanted my brand to be, and Jordan brought it to life for me! I haven't had time to incorporate the new brand into my website and business yet, but I know it is going to make alllllll the difference for me as I build and grow my photography business! I highly recommend working with Jordan!

Working with Jordan was amazing. This was our first time ever embarking on a project as big as a full kitchen remodel. We had a very vague idea of what our kitchen remodel was going to look like, along with some more vague ideas of color and scheme. She listened to our (probably very random) thoughts, looked around the space taking measurements and photos, and met every need that we had. She came up with two different floor plans, and her renderings were incredibly helpful. She made the vague pictures in our heads into a real plan that we could share with contractors. And, on top of the great work, Jordan was very prompt and timely with responses and answering questions. If we ever have design projects that we need help with in the future, we know where we'll look first.

She came out and took measurements and talked with is about what we wanted. She then provide mood boards and selections for everything.
