We just had our new shutters installed on our entire main floor and couldn't be more happy with this entire experience - from the consultation with Monica, the meeting with the owner, Sharon when we finalized the transaction, and the installation team (Rob and Nick)! Even when Rob and Nick brought in the shutter panels, they were packed better than anything we had ever seen. Each panel is in perfect condition, and fit each window perfectly. First off I will say the staff are amazing. They're extremely nice and make efforts to make you happy. They have great warranty but the problem is your definitely going to need it. (Cheaply made blinds) We got 9 windows done plus a door with a inside blind between the panes. (Cordless White wood faux and black out shades for bedrooms)So far we've had to call for warranty work several times in less than a year and they've had to replace 3 of our blinds because of mechanical failure and repair 2. The glass in our door was digging up which means the seal isn't sealing so they came and caulked around the window. The blind on our front door hold in place with anchors on the bottom and they ripped out twice, our dining room window blinds got stuck in the down position and they replaced that, our family room window starting sagging on one side so they replaced that. My sons blind wouldn't stay up so they replaced that blind. And just tonight my sons blind now gets stuck half way down. So I need to call back and have that fixed again. This is frustrating to think that we payed thousands on products that can't even last a hear. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because they have so far been very accommodating with the warranty work. I just hop that it keeps up since it seems like I'll be needing it lots.

Absolutly terrible. Poor communication. They returned my functional blinds to me broken, then tell me there is no guarantee on cutting them. Oh, and they use a chop saw to hack them off. Beware.

I would like to start off by saying this was my 3rd time coming to budget blinds. Being a return customer regardless of the kind of blinds I was purchasing I thought I would be valued a little more especially because we are in trying times. In the past my experience was nothing close to my experience this time! This time around my experience was absolutely horrific. The consultant was only in my home for less than 15 minutes! She not once went over any alternatives she basically asked what colour I wanted did a little math & gave me a total of $1534.00. After getting my estimate I felt I was being overcharged for a basic blind which measured 24 x 60 with a total of 7 windows. I also opted to self install so I was shocked to find my total this time was 300$ more than last time. I tried calling the owners to resolve my issues I was told not to message the consultant again or I would be charged for harrasssment! That is a little frightening when all I was trying to do was ask questions as to why the blinds were costing so much. The owner Sharon would not listen to my concerns & In no way did she try to rectify the situation. I asked if she could come out herself & show me the cost guide & explain things to me but she than told me she did not feel safe coming out to my home! Once again completely insulting. I’m a just a single mother trying to fix up my home like anyone else & to have not only the consultant but the owner herself treat me the way that they did was hurtful & disappointing. I just moved in to my home & I was excited to get some new blinds installed only to have a really disappointing experience. The one good thing from all of this is I found the same product for almost half the price! My advice to anyone looking for blinds do your homework & ask questions. I trusted I was getting a fair estimate only to find out I wasn’t. The owner Sharon also told me that they reserve the right to charge whatever they want, which is a little unfair when their company mission is to provide a range of high quality at budget friendly pricing. The pricing was no way friendly when I compared with other products or businesses. I always thought customer satisfaction was # 1 ......before going to the owner I contacted the consultant to make the situation right she in no way cared what I had to say! She didn’t even call me back after she left my home. If you want fair pricing & great product I found my blinds at Home Depot & they were far more friendly & helpful! I left feeling happy & satisfied knowing I didn’t get ripped off. I will never refer anyone to budget blinds again & I will never purchase blinds from them either because they don’t care about making their customers happy in no way at all!
