Darcy designed one custom home, and one renovation for us. Both homes turned out beautifully, but the magic he worked to completely transform the layout of our existing early 90s home was mastery. Darcy found a way to incorporate and use the existing space we had from an original blueprint I gave him, and allowed us to turn a choppy old floor plan into a beautiful open concept with all of the modern amenities anybody could want. I'm still baffled to this day how he came up with it. Either way, a job very well done with very reasonable pricing, I'd definitely use Darcy again and recommend his services.

Used Darcy and DP Design for our custom home design. Darcy was great at listening to our desires and concerns and worked back and forth with us until we were absolutely satisfied with the layout. There were a few small items we couldn’t figure out how to get in to our house plan at first and were prepared to give up on them (walk in pantry, main floor laundry, etc.) until Darcy came up with a few very creative ideas that allowed us get everything we were picturing and wanting without massively increasing square footage or sacrificing in other areas. My wife and I have said a few times over since we’ve moved in how satisfied and pleased with the layout and design we are now that we see it actually work in person for our family. I’d say we can’t wait to use him again but we don’t plan on leaving this house anytime soon ;)
