This is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. The customer service is horrible. They never return your phone calls or emails. We ordered a white kitchen and they brought brown cabinet boxes and installed them. They then blamed us for their mistakes. Don't get your kitchen from this company go anywhere else.

Sitting in our kitchen this evening admiring our cabinets that were installed last May. We do not take for granted the fit and finish of the custom kitchen, buffet and hutch, laundry room and built in book shelves that were designed and built in Prince George by Onyx Stones and Cabinets .This firm creates quality products and jobs in Prince George. I would not hesitate to use this business again, no regrets. I attempted to post pictures but could not.

I wanted a quartz countertop for my kitchen island. From the initial meeting with Beant in the office to the installation of my countertop I was impressed with their customer service, the quality of the product, and the attention to detail. Beant and his crew were friendly and very flexible about times. I loved being able to go into the warehouse to choose my product. A quality company with quality employees. The office staff were quick to respond and friendly as well. I would never go anywhere else for my countertop needs.

Onyx was recommended to us by a family friend when we decided to replace our kitchen countertops. Throughout our journey, we’ve had nothing but good experiences with them. They worked with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted; they went above and beyond to make sure the quality and detail was perfect; they were extremely punctual in their appointments, both for measurements and installation. Additionally, their cutting-edge laser technology (don’t remember exactly the name for it) gave us exactly what we were looking for in a new countertop. They have the technology to measure with the existing countertop in place, without removing it. We did not have the old countertop and the sink just for 2 days. Impressive! Little mess! In particular Beant Dhindsa was fantastic to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable in his profession and gave us numerous recommendations on the best design and layout. He followed us with multiple points in the process, making sure we were satisfied with the work and product. We would highly recommend Onyx for stone countertops products. And their price is one of the lowest in town. We are willing to show their work to future customers, if Onyx calls us to arrange that.

Onyx made a custom quartz tabletop for my business. They did a perfect job! My salon is Manna Antonenko National Nail Academy, and the tabletop they did for my salon table is complete with an inset groove to fit a vent (which fits perfectly) for my dust collection system as well as a curve on my side and the customers side of the table. The quality is amazing! 100% very happy! They even delivered it for me as well.

Best cabinet makers and countertop !!!! guys in Prince George. Both their installers are awesome. Nailed every single detailed we asked for and best in house design counselling. They even brought all 3d drawings to our house on their I- pad and showed us every single detail on site... loved that..... we knew what we were getting and that makes a big difference. We got our first kitchen done from a very known place in town and were not satisfied. These guys are by far the best store for cabinets and they are the only guys in town who does cabinets and stone countertops at one place.Their designer are very awesome. Bottom line :):):)Money well spent !!!!!
