We just moved back to PA and stopped into Dufresne for the 1st time (we've actually never been to a Dufresne before anywhere else). Gregg and the staff were amazing, we didn't even end up shopping around anywhere else because their customer service was that great. We stopped in around 6pm (had no idea they closed at 6pm) and they helped us until 7pm! Thanks everyone for staying late and helping us out ☺️.

We went in for a dishwasher, and left with a dishwasher and laundry pair. Our salesman was really helpful and didn't push any products or options we didn't want or need. Plus our new appliances work great. I only wish they delivered to our place just outside of town. Otherwise, the service was top shelf.

It took almost a full month to get our Queen bed and box spring from there and didnt get what we paid for, the only way to could get our bed right away was if we went to a smaller box spring and it was small. Not going back there again ????

Wow! Great new furniture business. Large parking lot, lots of space. As soon as you go inside you know you're in a high end furniture store. The manager is great and knows his stuff. He was able to describe in detail every piece of furniture they have. They have a mattress tester machine which reads your body and recommends which type of mattress based on how you lie down. With high end comes the expense and the price tags are abit intimidating however the material and appliances are high quality.

I bought a bed and a chair from them. Randeep, who is the manager, was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. I chose a delivery date and they notified me the day before to give me a 3 hour delivery window, and then the day of they called to let me know when they were coming. They delivered, set it up, and took my old bed. There were a couple of little tears on the box spring which I would never have seen, but they let me know and gave me the option of exchanging it, or taking a store credit, or a refund amount. I took the store credit and will be purchasing a living room set and bedroom set from them in future. My second visit was just as good with Gerald greeting us immediately and answering all of our questions. He spent at least 30 mins with us looking at different pieces and showing us different options.

We always shop around but even if we find a good deal somewhere else these guys work with you to match or beat that deal quite often, these guys want your business and will work to have it which in my mind means they deserve it. Great floor staff and great managers I recommend everyone stop in here fore any home appliances or furnishings before buying anywhere else.

Got some furniture delivered. The delivery people wrecked the weather stripping. Scratched the newly painted door took a chuck out of the door jamb. Left grooves in the wall gouged hand rail. Then left without telling us and no inspection on new furniture. No dufresnes wont get back to us after numerous attempts. Not happy

Ordered a sectional in April, finally came in Septemeber and it's 2 different colors. Have spoke with customer care 3 times now and still not sure when we are supposed to get the correct colored piece, it's been 3 months. Any issues with what you have recieved isn't handled by the store is a 1800 number. Very frustrating to have this mess as they have said twice that a ticket wasn't created just notes were added to the file... Won't be shopping here again and I don't recommend them to anyone.

The atmosphere in the store is great! You will not find salespersons sitting back in recliners!!! (As you do at some home furnishing stores) I purchased a maytag washer. I was kept in contact via email and phone calls regarding my purchase and delivery. I was also called back in to have a credit applied to my card because of sale price adjustment. (Right!!! Who does that!) The delivery is also great with an email and phone call 24 hours ahead of time. Overall I have had a great experience with this company!! Will definitely shop there again!

Bought an adjustable bed and bought a reclining couch set when they first opened..... kept switching our delivery dates on us and when they did deliver, only the bed came in first and the couch set a couple of weeks later.... I was understanding at the time because it was a new store and I knew they sometimes have a few kinks to work out. So I went in a couple of weeks ago to pick out 2 beds, they told me the delivery would be in a couple of weeks, we confirmed a Saturday cause it would be convenient for us, they phone back and tried to set up for another day, I am not happy..... and I've been referring this place to my family and friends.... a friend of mine just went and spent a few $$ there last month too.... think I need to go elsewhere from now on, and I'm not recommending this place no more. ????
