Rob was the salesman that we dealt with & our experience was phenomenal! Rob went over & above our expectations while keeping within our budget. We live in a condo & Rob went directly to our condo manager and spoke with him about the flooring (the proposed flooring was not allowed in our building). Because Rob spoke with the manager, he was able to explain to the manager the benefits of installing this particular type of flooring. The contractor we dealt with was also a great person to work with and we're so happy with the end results. Thank you to Rob, Danica, & the contractor (can't remember his name at this moment).
