I had called and left a message on their voicemail 2 weeks ago on a Friday, no return call. I had filled out their contact us form twice, with no reply, not even sure if it went through. In the mean time, my husband and I sanded, primed and painted our kitchen, by ourselves. It is not that difficult, just time consuming. (The cleaning and first sanding will take one day, other than that, it is an hour an evening for 4 evenings.) Save your money DIY!

My husband and I spoke with several cabinet painting companies, one did a weird UV thing that just seemed so strange another said he's been in business for 20 years but couldn't show us any of his previous work and had only just set up his business in Niagara. When Refabulated came to our home they were professional and answered all our questions, had samples of their work along with pictures and testimonials if we wanted them. The Refabulated team was awesome, courteous, tidy and actually showed up on time and when they said they would. I recently used this company I am not at all happy. I am so disappointed with their services. In the beginning her main guy Dan was a yes man saying that everything we wanted done would happen and all the little details would be tended to. I was very excited. That is not at all how it happened. There were problems. I was made to feel that I kept asking them to come back. I asked the owner Michelea to come see what was wrong. She never came. Dan came very aggressive told me to RELAX. He's very passive aggressive. The problems they don't take pride in there work. There cutting is horrible paint all over inside cabinets. Michelea said you won't see it unless you open door. Some areas were not painted. I was told I was being picky. They broke my doors and told me they were not responsible. If there was a problem with in the first place I'm pretty sure they would have said something. I will not recommend them they do not stand behind the pretty words they say at first. Very shady company.!!!

Not at all happy with the end result and final finish on my kitchen cabinets. Though, I understand you did everything you can to fix the issues, but unfortunately I must say you guys lack the basics !!! I am sorry, but if this is the quality you can offer, please stop claiming yourself to be Niagara’s best cabinet painters. I would have done a better job if I had done it myself instead. I am so disappointed the way you so quickly disown and alienate your client, when they are dissatisfied with your work .... too bad !!!

I recently had the team at Refabulated work their magic on my oh so old and drab kitchen cabinets. I just had to choose a super tricky colour too...Dark Forest Green...definitely not for the faint of heart. The 360 of my kitchen is nothing short of amazing.
