Sue at sO interiors was our design consultant in our new build modern farmhouse on the river. She matched latest ideas with our initial concepts and created a coherent and tasteful design. Sue's idea of creating a focal point with lighting as a key sculptural element of our great room space was an enormous success. Designs for functional space were elegant and effective, and coherent with broader design elements in the home. Sue was flexible, attentive and personable- a pleasure to work with. We've had the opportunity to work with sO Interiors on a few residential renovation jobs and they have been super to deal with from a Contractor's perspective. Susan is very detailed in assisting with the scope of work and takes care of all of the initial consulting with the Clients. All of the materials are on-site at the beginning of construction so we are not waiting on anything. Her drawings and 3D renderings are some of the best we've seen and she's always available and flexible with doing site visits throughout the duration of construction. sO Interiors was fantastic! Susan did exactly what we wanted, and she was extremely accommodating to us and our needs. We actually hired her to do a condo in Ottawa while we were still living in Nunavut. Literally everything was done via email and phone and we were two friends owning this condo so she was working with both of us. Just her ability to do that speaks so much to her professionalism and flexibility. We were never there once during the entire process, putting our trust in Susan. Susan in turn kept us up to date via email and phone about the products she was selecting and any changes in style and pricing along the way. Finally, Susan was able to keep the budget within our limits by adjusting her plans, which we were so grateful for. And the finished product? Beautiful! Exactly what we hoped for, better really.
