TERRIBLE store to deal with and from other reviews regarding their attitude towards customers can see am not alone in my perspective. First visit here as new in town and took an empty quart can in, asking to get another of the same color mixed up. You pay ahead, they mix up and leave at the front table to pick up. Should have been a simple process. When returned to get, found out gal hadn’t written the size down, which you figure the mixer would have sought clarification but didn’t take the time to do a proper job and mixed up a gallon. Only needed a quart for touch ups so got stuck trying to be accommodating and walking out with way more than needed and would have to take the rest to a recycling depot. Got home and the can fell over on the driveway and turns out the lid wasn’t put on securely and ended up with paint all over including both our clothing and shoes. Called the store as after a lifetime of many many home renovations and hubby being a painter knew well what happened. The response from Matt who said he was the manager was astonishing. No apologies but arrogantly said was fortunate to get a whole gallon when only paid for a quart, and not even an offer to replace the lost paint. So you mess up twice and the customer should be thankful? Really? Emailed BM HQ about what happened as reflects on their company and advised would pass the feedback to the regional rep and never heard back from anybody. If that’s how you treat customers, or think because you are BM it doesn’t matter, you need to go back to business school.
