This is a very nice store. They have some very unique pieces and it's easy to walk through. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The price point is somewhat higher but the quality seems to be worth the price. It's worth a look.

Good quality furniture, and when you can get it on sale, really the best. Higher end lines. Pleasant sales associates - no pressure buying experience. I've bought quite a few items here over the years, and have never been disappointed. Parking spaces are plenty, all free. Access on and off the street is easy

I purchased a sofa from Guerard's and was blown away by how patient and helpful the staff were in helping me find the perfect fit for my living room. I went the route of a special order, which was to take about 6 weeks. What I was particularly impressed with was how Guerard's would check in with me a few times over the course of the 6 weeks to tell me where in the production and shipping cycle my sofa was. I was given plenty of notice to schedule the delivery and I was equally impressed with the professionalism and special care the delivery team took with my sofa. About a week later, I noticed something wasn't quite right with my sofa. This was no fault of Guerard's, it was an issue stemming from the manufacturer. When I called Guerard's they dealt with the issue immediately, making arrangements to get my sofa repaired within days, locally. I was without my new sofa for only a few hours. Had I purchased my sofa from a big box store, I know I would have never received that kind of service. I tell all my friends about Guerard's now!

Since moving to Penticton 7 months ago, we have bought a number of pieces of furniture from Guerard's. Our service from Helen and Trevor has been fantastic. It is clear they love what they do. As well, the deliveries have always been on time and with no problems. We will definitely continue to buy our furniture at Guerard's.

If you're in the market for furniture, especially La-Z-Boy GO HERE! Ask for Helen. Don't be fooled by "midnight madness" or "exclusive savings" etc. at the La-Z-Boy in Kelowna. Guerard's will save you a whole lot just with their regular pricing. Extremely happy with our purchase price, Helen's professionalism and advice. Can't say enough how pleased we are. GO HERE.

These owners and employees are all AMAZING!!! They went above and beyond helping us with decorating our new Home. We went to many furniture stores around the Okanagan area, and countless trips to Guerard's building our plan and dream for our new home. Each weekend we would drive with our Starbucks coffee in hand and roam the store, taking photos and asking a billion questions. At First we never shared our plans with Helen at Guerards's (superwoman decorator), and yet she treated us like valued customers every-single time we went there.Then we sold our house and expedited our decorating plans with Helen to furnish our new home! Helen was so amazing reviewing our floor plans, creating the look and feel of our Retro contemporary furniture vision! She even came to the new built home before we lived in it to measure everything and made some recommendations to ensure all our new pieces picked would be a good fit in the open concept. We had a budget when we started and Guerard's did an amazing job ensuring we stayed on target with some beautiful furniture for our home.
