Last year, we were referred to Giroux Design Group for our commercial building construction. As a not-for-profit, we had time and budget restrictions, which Tony immediately acknowledged during the preliminary meeting. Tony Giroux patiently explained the process to our finance and building committee members. Throughout the process, Tony worked with various committee members to make sure the designs directly reflected our expansion needs and was realistic to our limited budget. He measured our existing furniture and kept the measurements under close consideration while allocating adequate office space and ceiling heights in the new construction. Tony described the material selection in the shop drawings and thoroughly guided us on how the contractor would use these to finish the job within specified timeline. He was available for unscheduled consultations during the construction period and helped us coordinate unexpected changes with city personnel to obtain necessary permits. Any changes to the design were priced fairly and quickly. We have had many positive comments on the finished project and the quality of finishes. We appreciate Tony’s professionalism towards completing the process within the original fee budget and timeline.

our experience with tony and his company was beyond our expectations. given the fact this is our first time build we felt insecure, nervous and had no clue as to what to expect. tony from the onset being a true blue professional took the bull by the horns and within a very short period of time we knew we had hooked up with the right company to get the job done right. his highly skilled associate (gary) facilitated the preparation plans and over telephone conferencing(we are physically removed from our property) tony and gary got the blueprints done with efficiency and expertise we could never have imagined the likes of. further, tony and gary were extremely polite, prompt, true to their word and both tony and gary a wealth of knowledge in this highly detailed complex industry. we are grateful beyond words for both of them.
