Shelley had some tricky cuts as we wanted continuous area rugs around corners and around the kitchen island and she did it perfectly! One star to leave this review only!!! Beware we picked out a premium vinyl flooring that was on sale when we picked it. He ordered and we just trusted that he was being straight with us. A few months we've been waiting for the install and we decided to do the bedrooms in the same product so we went in the store and the product was on sale again. We were like perfect! So when he gave us the quote to do the other bedrooms as well I asked to see the paperwork for the rest of the house. He was charging us almost a dollar and a half more than the sale price was per square foot and the sale price for the rest of the bedrooms. Asked him why he was charging us that price when it was on sale when we picked it out.he basically told me he wouldn't honor the sale price for the rest of the house. And that was that. A 25,000 dollar job he lost by being underhanded. Beware and check all paperwork with this guy.
