My Rating is a Zero!! I was warned about this company! Well, today I had is wife Dawn Gagnon ( who is a real estate agent) come over and demand the final payment before the job is completed, because Peter Gagnon (owner) needed to order the counter tops still. When I refused because the job was not completed. She ordered the workers to pack up and leave. She also tried to pack materials that I paid for. I put up with a lot with this company. I had a stop work order place because Mr. Gagnon doesn't know what the proper bylaws are in place. He did not know that a permit was needed for changing an interior wall. He also didn't know that before you touch any drywall of a certain year a report must be done. He also was not in compliance with WorkSafeBC. Make sure you do your own contract because he keeps anything more and more items. So, today I figure he was trying to see if he could push his weigh because I informed him last week that it has already taken 6 months to do a small 2 bed Reno and that I would start deducting for loss of Revenue. If I paid him the final installment, he might never show up again. Please avoid this company or have a lawyer draw up your contract with it. The one worker he has is great at his workmanship.
