Unparalleled knowledge of paint, reflection (sheen) etc. I bought 5 gallons from other places trying to get an exact match on sprayed shiplap. Either the color or reflection sheen was off and very noticeable. Ryan was EXCELLENT. I've been painting for 50 years and have never dealt with such a knowledgeable person in paints before. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I was absolutely thrilled with the level of service I received today! All of the staff are very friendly and happy to help. They have physical distancing rules in place and of course had on masks. They are extremely knowledgeable on all products. The gentleman I was working with even helped me pick the perfect colour for our kitchen. I'm so greatful. Thanks guys keep up the great work!

Bought a few hundred dollars of product from them and found it to be a defective batch from the manufacturer (verified from the manufacturer). I even called them to tell them that the batch was contaminated so they wouldn't sell anymore to any customers to avoid the disappointment after their application. When i had a chance to drop by and exchange only 1 can of 4 as i had already used the others i was met with ignorance. One of the workers placed the 'urethane' in a paint shaker and walked away. I asked him "why would he shake the urethane?" (urethane should never be shaken as it introduces bubbles in the product) and he just looked at me and smirked and started to walk away. I asked again with no answer, then he decided to start helping another customer. I interrupted him again in front of the customer as an answer would have been quick and appropriate. He sternly and rudely told me that he will get to me when he has a moment. I walked out the door and will never return. I would expect a bit more knowledge from a paint store. Too many other places in a small town to buy paint to treat customers like that. Prices seem the same or more than the local box stores, but we thought we would support a small local business. bad idea.
