It's a delightful experience for both retail clients & those in need of design services. It is a stunning building with an abundance of historical character. It blends perfectly with their contemporary flare to showcase treasures from the far corners of the world, truly unique. It's almost like you are on the set of 'Designing Women' with the distinct exception that it is a sassy, sultry & svelte Suzanne Sugarbaker who rules the roost. 'Suzanne' and the entire team are dedicated professionals that get the job done but still make it fun. That's exactly what shopping & designing is supposed to be, kudos to them.

Beautiful spot. Amazing historical features throughout the structure & the building's interior has been refurbished & shown some love & respect. I've been to a few great events on one of their upper floors. *Still waiting on a simple call back though, going past a week now. Not exactly impressed by the customer service atm.

I did my co-op placement here this summer and I absolutely loved every minute of it! The women that work here are extremely professional and welcoming. It feels like a family, and it is so easy to work with one another! Definitely recommend completing a co-op placement here if you are in the design industry / design school!!!

I came into Design House London to check out what I thought was a fabulous new Design Store. I was greeted and welcomed by a young lady named Monica, she was very informative on the store, building and was able to answer my questions. My visit started off on a very positive note, but turned south shortly after witnessing the owner or boss of the establishment yelling, and cursing at one of her employees right in front of me. I'm not sure what reasons the owner had, but regardless no dispute should be discussed openly in a store and especially in front of clients/customers. Nor does any employer have the right to belittle and curse at an employee. I left shortly after not even making it up to the second level as I felt to uncomfortable to be walking around in such a negative environment. If this is how management treats their employees I wouldn't want to know how they treat their clients. I only give 2 stars only because of the great service I had initially, otherwise I would rated it zero for the lack of professionalize.
