Ben and his crew are are among those rarest of creatures: a contractor who shows up when he says he will, does what he says he will do and continues to provide exceptional service after the job is almost complete. Even when we ran into numerous, frustrating glitches (older home), he was professional and rolled with the changes with humour and patience. I truly appreciated his attention to detail and his insistence on making sure the finishes were polished and high-end looking. I now have a space that makes everyone say “wow” when they see it. I never want to leave home!

Tried to hire Ben...moved our first meeting and then showed up for the second meeting but couldn't wait to get out of there. Said he would come back and measure up to get me a quote and then disappeared.... never to be seen again...not even responding to my texts. If he is this responsive when I'm trying to give him business, can't imagine how difficult he would be to work with after he has some of your money. What a waste if my time. Glad I found out before hiring him.

He made some excellent suggestions regarding the use of glass tiles for the baseboard, vanity back-splash and the space between the top of the acrylic shower surround and ceiling.
