Queens flooring and their staff did a great job on our office floor. They had actually finished the work faster then expected in a professional manner. The work turned out even better than the samples we looked over.

I had one decent experience (2016) with Queens Flooring with a bathroom tile floor job. They did do a bit of damage to my wall, left a bit of a mess, and were frustrating to communicate with (didn’t ever follow up when they said they would), but the floor itself was well-installed. More recently (2019), I called to book a grout crack repair in a shower. They told me they are moving locations so please allow 2 weeks for a call. 3 weeks later I called to check in. They asked for another week and explained that all of their service people were currently working on renovating their new location. I asked if this meant that they were not helping customers at this time, and they said that was correct but “hopefully in a week or so” they could help me. I wish they had been honest in the beginning because I wasted weeks waiting for them and ended up finding another provider who could quote me within days and who was extremely polite with me. Skip this company and go to a local contractor with a good rating who still cares, does what they say, and puts customers first.

Just called in looking for specifically priced flooring and was told "if your looking for junk you'll need to go to a big box store" I'm guessing these guys use the best of the best materials. The day I'm looking for Macassar Ebony floors I might give them a call because anything less is junk they might carry.

My aunt was looking to do her front entrance,hallway, kitchen and stairs. She wanted hardwood oak stairs and queens flooring did a fantastic job with them, it was clear that it was their proffession apart from just flooring. Queens flooring replaced our carpet with hardwood on the stairway and 2nd floor hallway and media room. Our house was purchased with some existing hardwood in most of the house. Sam from Queens flooring was able to find the exact hardwood product and colour match (Vintage Hickory Winchester). Sam did a custom colour match on the stairs and rails that looks fantastic. You would never know the entire house was not done at once. Tom, Joe & Sam were friendly and professional to work with. They worked long hours on Saturday to complete the job and cleaned up all sawdust and old carpet etc. We were very happy with the final product. Thank you Queens Flooring!!!

Bad experience here unfortunately. It started out good but in the end I was convinced the tile he sold me was solid and durable tile. It has dings and chips all over from dropping things which I was assured would not happen. One tile even cracked 2 weeks after installation and it took them over a year to come repair it and was repaired with wrong colour of grout.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. HARDWOOD FLOOR INSTALLED DEC. 2017. INSTALLERS DAMAGED NEW FLOORING ON INSTALLATION (PLUS OTHER DAMAGE DENIED). OWNER WOULD NOT INITIALLY TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE. TOOK 2 MONTHS AND SEVERAL VISITS FOR HIM TO SAY HE WOULD REPLACE DAMAGED PIECES.4 MONTHS LATER, PIECES REPLACED. FINISH DIDNT MATCH. A YEAR AFTER THAT, TOTAL REINSTALL (AGAIN MESS AND WORK FOR ME) STILL ISSUES,GAVE UP ON THEM. POOR COMMUNICATION AND COSTOMER SATISFACTION. NOT RECOMMENDED

We couldn’t ask for a better job. Sam took the time to show us his previous and current work . they do amazing work. They are super clean during and after they are done work. Queens put my flooring inland the first day they did it they had to cut out 3 pieces. Then they put a big dig in a few and it took about 6 month's to get them to agree to pay for it and replace it I would never use them again
