We have recently completed our kitchen remodel project with The Kitchen Depot. We could have not been happier with their work. From design to installation they were very easy to work with and very professional. The cabinets are really nice, the price was great. We had different quotes for the project, but this was the best one for the price and services offered. Barbara did a great job with the design and was very patient with us while we changed our mind few times. Bart installed the cabinets and his craftsmanship is just amazing. He was able to work with details and did some custom cuts in the cabinets. The trim work looks very good. Overall great experience. I will recommend them to everyone looking for new cabinetry. Barbara was extremely knowledgeable and personable. She helped us design the perfect kitchen and walked us through workable options for our space. She communicated well via email in advance of our visit and after. She provided the design and some recommendations. When we arrived the store was empty, even as the shop got busier, she acknowledged the other customers, but remained focused on us. She was so thorough and prepared we finished up quickly and received the final design within a couple of days. The displays in the store are limited but provided a complete understanding of what we was available. The uninstalled cabinet display gave us a clear picture of the craftsmanship and the ease of assembly. We are looking forward to its arrival and installation. I highly recommend this shop. We were very pleased to have chosen Kitchen Depot to redesign, then build a kitchen for us that totally met and exceeded all our expectations. When we first attended at their outlet in Orillia, and first met with Barbara, and her husbant Bart, we could visualize what our 35 year old kitchen would look like with new cupboards, sink, tap, quartz counter and the backsplash., etc etc Bart turnned out to be a true blessing. What a find to meet a true professional and perfectionist in his working demeanour. Yes, we highly recommend this team to fulfill your dreams and wishes. We are now hoping they can rebuild our main bathroom.
