There is no words to describe the wonderful experience we had with Suite 22 and Roberto, the owner. Since day one, Roberto always gave us the time and attention needed. He is very patient and quickly understood what we were looking for. We were planning to purchase all new set of furnitures for our new home, and by that time we didn't even take possession of the home. We were working from floor plans and Roberto's expertise really came to assistance in terms of guiding us through the planning and the selection process. He listens very well and provides his suggestions without being pushy. He spent hours with us meticulously to nail down all the details, from fabric, colour, finish to dimensions. He was very quick in follow-up actions and always kept us updated on where we are. Super easy to work with. We do not know anywhere else that one would get this kind of customer service. When furniture arrives, he was also very hands-on in ensuring all is delivered and installed properly with precision and perfection. He personally installed several wall-mount pieces as well with complete professionalism and efficiency. Our new home now looks amazing and fulfilled our dream vision of what our new home would look like. All of this is because Roberto and his beautiful store. Everything make in Italy, not knock-off from China. Superb quality and ingenious design and finish. His vision and generosity truly exceed our expectation.

We have been Suite 22 customers for about a year now and have purchased from both the Markham and Richmond Street locations. We've been so happy with the customer service and products! We've purchased dining chairs, lighting and accessories and have been pleased with the quality of all products. Roberto, Yan, and the other staff are very professional and provide great advice! They are really accommodating and ensure products that we've ordered are received quickly if not right away. The great thing is that they have a lot of products in stock and the longest we've had to wait for a product that isn't in stock is 7 days. Thanks so much guys!! Love your store!! Suite 22 has a very spacious showroom and all their furnitures are very tastefully displayed. Their Italian furnitures are very well crafted and great quality. Our table and chairs have been delivered this morning and we are very thrilled! Anjelika helped us with colour selection and was very patient with my anxiety over colour selection! She was very passionate about the furniture and gave us a great tour of the showroom. The delivery staffs were very friendly, kind and clean. They were very cautious with our house. In choosing our furnishings we visited all of the major high-end retailers in Toronto . Suite 22 is unequivocally the best! It was the only place where we found that WOW one-of-a-kind piece that you won't find elsewhere. Their after sales service has been unbelievable...really above and beyond what we would have expected. The furniture selection is great and stylish but they wanted to slam me with the most insane return/ exchange policy fees ... so I ended up with keeping the same peice that I am not 100% happy with so I avoide 40% re-stocking fees!!! That is not acceptable

From the moment we met Roberto at Suite 22 we were impressed with his approach to personalized, attentive service. He listened to our description of what we were looking for and then effectively directed us to the furniture that matched those requirements. He is not afraid to state his personal preference, and does this with skill and sensitivity. Correspondence was efficient and precise, we did not have to ask a question twice. He kept us informed of the progress of our order, and the delivery crew was just as attentive and conscientious as Roberto. The team at Suite 22 Interiors provide a relaxing and enjoyable furniture purchasing experience. From personal experience the staff are welcoming, warm, and patient, offering opinions regarding style when inquired and complimentary beverages during the browsing process. The products available are predominantly European make with a focus in Italian furniture. There is a plethora of products ranging from bedroom to dinning to living to lighting and copious styles and upholstery options. If any questions arise the staff are all knowledgeable and if an answer can not be provided immediately the team works to communicate the desired information usually within 48 hours. The furniture purchasing process can be a stressful ordeal, however the Suite 22 Interior team worked to provide a ease and comfort that was much appreciated. Through our collaboration with Suite 22 Interiors we enjoyed the decision making process and the informative support of the staff and are satisfied with our purchases. Suite 22 has one of the best selections of modern furniture and accessories in Toronto. I've recently ordered some Kartell storage units from them and the service was amazing. The staff is very knowledgable and they were able to confirm pricing and delivery information right away. They also made the effort to speak with the manufacturer to ensure my order got put on the next shipment departing the following day (to cut down on the delivery time). Suite 22 has great products and offers great service and I would recommend them to anyone!

Although my purchase was of two ceramic vases and not a larger piece, she couldn't have been more gracious in sending emails and photos to help me make my choices. I am a recent customer of Suite 22 Interiors. I placed an order for a dining table and chairs from Roberto D'Ulisse at Suite 22. His service was very professional and the actual delivery date was what he had informed me at the time of purchase. His delivery staff was extremely cautious when installing the dining table at my home. They ensured that the table was centered below the dining lights and wore covered footwear to protect my flooring. After the installation all packaging materials were neatly removed. If you are looking to purchase finer quality furniture I sincerely recommend Roberto. He made the selection process a better experience.

They have a fantastic selection of beautiful Italian furnitures. We had a wonderful experience at the store, as the staffs are friendly, patient and very helpful. We even had our entertainment unit custom designed, and their designer was very happy to have it done exactly the way we wanted. When the products were delivered to our home, the installers did a great job and were extra careful with our new home. Nareh and Yan were both incredibly friendly, approachable, and helpful at every one of my visits! As some of the things I bought required delivery from Italy, they were very useful in providing updates as to the status of my order through both phone and e-mail. Ordered 3 Kartell Cindy Lamps by phone in the morning and had them by 5pm the same day which is incredible considering that other retailers take 9-10 weeks to custom order the same lamps.
