Absolutely terrible quality and even worse customer service. This new kitchen was our dream for years and we were saving money for so long. The vertical doors are falling down on my hands as they don't have enough support. The laminate from some cabinets stated to peel just after nine months. The innovative idea of" built-in" microwave just left us flabbergasted. They installed a big shelf in a cabinet and put the microwave on it. I broke my face in blood with the sharp corner of this shelf. The cabinets are not symmetric and I even cannot fit plates in some of them. We were contacting the company and the owner from April 2018 since they finished the installation of our "dream" kitchen. Nothing was done at this point and the owner even stopped answering me. I am giving one star because it is the only option. I would give minus five if I could.

The furniture that they made for me was very good - it fits to my dinning room perfectly. The colour matches other furniture and the service was done in time.

Think Twice. My wife and I are not pleased with the durability and installation of “Perfect Design Kitchen.” We had a lot installed on through our GC during a gut renovation — new kitchen cabinets, built in wall units, 3xbathroom mirrors, built-ins for 4 closets (1 en-suite walk-in and 3 regular closets), en-suite bathroom dual vanity. The durability of their MDF is horrible... scratch and or bump it, the paint comes off. Our cabinet door hinges have fallen off (some from a lack of enough screws), and things like our magic-corner shelving broke quickly ... and never fit/functioned properly in the first place due to poor design. A lot to do with our kitchen is wrong, drawers are hitting each other as they aren’t level, island cupboards are hitting the quartz countertop bullnosing, lots of chipping my everywhere...and we are living with it. Two lessons learned: 1) DON’T use MDF - it sucks!!!; 2) We would have chosen a different kitchen/cabinet contractor. We reached out for help numerous times... to their credit they sent back the same installer... we asked him to bolster all cupboards and drawers... put in the proper screws and line them up. It all is still falling apart. And Perfect Design Kitchen hasn’t bothered following up with us. Our kitchen is only a few years old now.
