Working with M+ has been such a pleasant experience. As newcomers to the city from NY, we had no idea how difficult the permitting process in Vancouver would be. M+ guided us through the process and helped us on a multitude of issues ranging from occupancy changes and structural upgrades to consultant communication and meetings with city officials. For our start up company every dollar really counted during our build out and M+ was very conscious of saving money for us and helped strategize ways we could cut costs. Great people, great results, highly recommend.
