These guys are great. We used David Alan B for a large renovation project on our condo and they did a great job of guiding us through the process. The company has a great team, providing project management and all the trades required. It was obvious they all really cared about our home and making the reno process as smooth as was possible. We very quickly felt comfortable letting them make many of the choices of colours and materials, as they interviewed us extensively at the start of the project to find out what type of renovation and decor would be right for us. I without a doubt would hire this company again for any other projects we have in the future.

A fantastic renovation experience with these guys! I could not be happier with the results and they made what can be a very stressful experience easy. They kept things on time, on budget, made great recommendations, walked us through everything and the end results were beautiful. David is high strung and unprofessional. We had to sue him to get our money back after almost nothing had been done. With so many designers with great reviews, shop around. We didn't, and ended up losing over $2000. This company didn't even supply us with a colour palette. We got nothing but grief.

We first met Dave and Fred at the Vancouver Home Show. We expressed a desire to undertake a renovation but also our reluctance to do so given an unpleasant experience with a general contractor from a previous renovation. However they did a good job of reassuring us of their commitment and transparent way of doing business and we spoke with previous clients. Soon after that we engaged their services for a significant renovation of our entire Yaletown condo. The project went very well and stayed within our budget. They also went to extremes to minimize the impact on our lives as we continued living there throughout the process. They were exceedingly thoughtful and managed the tradespeople very well. What I enjoyed most about this duo was the banter between them as they would sometimes debate and challenge each regarding the best choice of materials, color, etc., while leaving the final decision to us. Given how subjective interior design is, I always appreciated hearing their individual points of view and I'm confident the final outcome of the project benefited significantly from this. I look forward to using their services again and highly recommend them.

I hired David Alan B design to do my downstairs. I was so impressed, with the whole process, that I hired them to do the rest of my house and my outside. Doing a large Reno can be emotionally draining, but they walked me through everything and made it easy. Dave and Fred answered my calls whenever I had questions and they made my home truly beautiful and what I always dreamed of having. I highly recommend this company.
