They were fast. They came to our house for an in-home consultation and 3 days later we had the designs and price quotes. They changed the designs a couple of times for us until we made the final decision. The installation were quick and clean. No mess left. They even removed my old shelving with no extra cost. I will definitely call them again for my basement .

I was looking to purchase a custom walk-in and reach-in closet. I shopped around to various vendors and eventually came across Cosy Closet. By far the best choice in Greater Vancouver. The owner and proprietor, Abtin, takes pride in his work and spends time making sure you get a solution which is exactly what you need not only today but also something that you will be happy with long-term. Cosy Closet was far more affordable when compared to local competitors. Furthermore, Abtin's attention to detail is astounding - Abtin was willing to entertain main iterations of various designs and clearly understands how to use space effectively regardless of your budget. Very happy with both closets and the positive experience encouraged me to order a murphy bed through him too. Same experience - he came by - took measurements and suggested various designs and cost estimates. Order to delivery turnaround was quick. Can't recommend them highly enough!

I'm so glad I found Abtin! I had a dream closet in mind for my downtown condo, for both my reach-in bedroom closet and my entrance closet and he was very accommodating in finding a solution that worked within my budget. Abtin was always very prompt in his responses and provided me with 3D renderings of the closets, making it easy for me to decide on the design. When it came time to install the closets, Abtin came on time and worked very quickly! He was also happy to answer all my questions and told me I could call anytime if I had any issues. We just purchased a 1800 sq ft townhome and needed closet organizers that looked nice but didn't cost an arm and a leg like California closets does. Abtin, the owner of Cosy Closets came out and took measurements and the next day provided us with a quote and drawings of what our closets would look like. After a little tweaking we went ahead with the order! It took only a few weeks for the closet organizers to arrive and Abtin came promptly to install. We had three bedroom closets, a laundry room and front entrance shoe/jacket closet done and we are very happy with how they all turned out!! Abtin is such a nice guy and he really does what it takes to make his customers happy. We highly recommend this company!

If anyone needs any sort of storage solutions: whether it be, closets, garage, laundry room, pantry etc. I cannot begin to recommend cosy closets enough. Abtin and his team are absolutely fantastic. The customer service, level of communication and quality of the products are second to none. Not to mention the cost was significantly less than the other companies (for virtually the same product). After many consultations from other big name companies to design 3 closet spaces for us we stumbled upon @cosycloset.ca. Abtin was extremely flexible with consultation time, quick to respond and was able to design the most fantastic and functional closet within our budget. The turnaround time was amazing and in under a month we went from 3 empty closet spaces to 3 amazing closets. These photos do not even begin to do show them at their full extent. When I was searching for a company that could install closet organizers within my budget, this company came in at the top of the reviews and priced less than the other 3 quotes I received. Abtin, the owner, came out and gave me a free estimate and had some great solutions for my needs. Abtin and his team did a FANTASTIC job with the work we had requested. They installed three closets in bedrooms, one full height pantry in the kitchen, and a cupboard system under our kitchen island to maximize storage space. They went above and beyond at all stages of the process, spending extra time in the design of the items we wanted. They were prompt and very courteous in all communication. When time came to install, they came prepared and were very efficient. When we requested some last minute changes to the design, they never argued or tried to push back even though the changes added more work for them. Plus, you're supporting a local business, one that also sources much of their materials from other local suppliers. I've had California Closets in a previous location and their work is on par, if not better, than CC. I could keep going but based on all their other rave reviews, it goes without saying that you're going to get a great product and unbeatable customer service.
