NorthStead provided professional services which exceeded our expectations. We asked for suggestions for a pergola and Darin on his own time found the perfect solution and executed it in a timely and professional manner. The brick work on our patio met our expectations and the landscaping work made our yard the envy or our neighbors. On more that one occasion we asked for changes to work already completed and without one word of complaint, the changes were made again to our satisfaction. The basis of all the work was planned by Darin in advance and the end result is something we are very pleased with.

Our interlock brick driveway was in need of replacement. We contacted a few companies and decided to ask Northstead to do the project. Darin was recommended by trusted friends and his completed work projects nearby were very unique and well done. He had the best plan to address a few ongoing issues with the previous driveway heaving in a few spots. Darin and his crew started on the planneddate and completed the project a week early. We gave Darin the creative freedom to design our front landing and steps. We are very happy with the steps and landing. It looks great! The work site was always clean, equipment stored and Darin was on site most of the time. I can't say enough great things about their work and final product. TY

Even when there were surprises in the ground or snags in the plan, he found a way to maneuver through the project without making us compromise or deviate from our original vision. Darren and his sidekick David were relentless usually working over 10 hour days to complete our project. We loved Darren's ideas for the herringbone effect when laying the brick and the use of larger bricks for the edging. We ran into a bit of a problem with the base that was under my old driveway (clay) and Darin took the time and effort to ensure a proper base to support the new driveway. After trying to contact a few contractors last summer, we were close to giving up when Darin answered my email and came over on a Friday night to take a look at our project and give us a quote! Darin took care of everything including drawing up plans and dealing with the permits required by the city, which was a relief! We also had Darin and his team do a brick walkway and it looks amazing!
