There’s something about natural live edge wood that makes seeing a space warm and inviting. Truly happy with the design and the results with the installation on my shelving for my new floral boutique in St.Catharines. Darren and his Team worked with my timeline and made it all happen. With the installation and the impeccable customer service.. I would highly recommend using them for your next showpiece for your home, office space and of course.. retail space. Impressive Woodworking and true wood artisans here in Niagara.

We heard through word of mouth that this business has unique and quality workmanship. We took a visit expecting to see a small showroom of furniture pieces and to our surprise Mike and Eric no only gave us a warm welcome, they showed us their finished pieces as well as unfinished work and unfinished wood pieces ready to be commissioned to be given a new home. The service is professional, approachable and so friendly we felt like we were chatting with friends. Their workmanship is of such high quality, we saw tables that were made for outdoor living that stay outdoors during our Canadian winters. We look forward to visiting them again!

Wow these guys have it all! Skills, respect, always professional and an incredible eye for unique detail. Went here to buy a live edge fireplace mantle and was impressed by the setup going on in this place. I got a beautiful piece of 100 year old maple and also a quick tour of the showroom. In the showroom were some of the most beautiful pieces of art (furniture) I've ever seen. Highly recommend!! 6 *'s

Fly by night operation...what a mess this place is. Not professional at all. Showroom is a joke with 5-7 random tables all priced over $10,000. The person who I spoke to did not even have a clue what was going on. I asked some specific questions regarding the types of wood and stains that were used and all I received back was some long drawn out answer relating to nothing. The specific table I was looking at was a "willow"... as soon as I saw the legs were spray painted I was gone.. $18,000 for a table with spray painted legs, go figure.

I was introduced to this company by our fireplace store here in Niagara Falls, Ontario. We were looking for a fireplace mantel but we wanted something different. We visited their website and were impressed. We also took time to visit them in person and were really impressed with how Reclaimed From Roots started and how it grew to where it is today. They took time to show us samples and the shop where they create the beautiful furniture. We selected a piece of maple, (See attached picture), that we saw and they took it from there. They created a beautiful mantel exactly like we wanted. I strongly recommend Reclaimed From Roots. Take time to visit, if you can. We reached out to Mike via email to obtain information on pricing and availability on a console table and he was prompt and professional in his return communication. We made an appointment to meet him and he took us through his shop and told us how he obtains the wood and manages the entire process of producing his work from start to finish. We were very impressed with his professionalism and could see he was passionate about his work. We followed up with him with some questions we had and he was always prompt in getting back to us. Mike delivered our table earlier than promised and was very particular in ensuring the table was set up properly in our home and again was very professional. We are thrilled with the table and highly recommend Reclaimed from Roots if you are looking for a unique handmade local made in Niagara on the Lake piece of furniture.

We were ecstatic with the results of our custom coffee table - of course EVERYTHING is custom at this marvelous gem of a company. The entire process was comfortable and professional. We talked with Mike and Eric to let them know what our thoughts were. We then visited their showroom and workshop and were able to select the actual piece of wood that would be used. We were shown samples of stains and finishes that would give life to our table - and a selection of legs for support. The entire project was done inside one month and WE think the cost was very reasonable. Attached is a picture which does not give justice to its beauty. Can't say enough good things about Mike and Eric. We're looking forward to our next project. Highly, highly recommended.

We can't believe We have such a beautiful table and a piece of NOTL tree history!! From when we went to see the pieces of wood til we got our table, our interaction with Reclaimed from Roots was fantastic. Great customer service. Very knowledgeable about their pieces of wood and what the wood might look like when finished and they did not disappoint. Their workmanship is impeccable. We are over the moon happy with it. It is stunning!!

Owner was incompetent. Had difficulty assembling table in our home like it was his first time! Had to return table because of shading on finish. Was promised table on three separate delivery dates and still didn't come through! We gave up! Unprofessional and inexperienced! Buyer beware!
