We recently got our wood floor done by Peninsula Flooring. We are extremely happy and satisfied with their professional services and quality workmanship. We had a squeaky floor to begin with but I was assured by their staff that they will fix this problem at no additional cost before putting on the new floor. It's been almost 3 months now and I have never heard a single squeak since then!! Installers were very courteous towards our needs, knowledgeable and professional. I am very pleased with their excellent customer service, great time management and quality work, all at a great price. I would highly recommend them for all your flooring needs.

Need to give a shout out to Peninsula Flooring in Virgil. We’re in the process of finishing our basement and looked at flooring and tile at a few places. We ended up finding everything we needed here. The service and selection options are outstanding. Carol has been amazing through the whole process! She’s very patient and kind, and helped narrow down our choices. She even suggested the perfect tile and vinyl “wood” flooring for us that we hadn’t seen anywhere else.Their prices are very competitive, and we love dealing with a local business.

Wow what a pleasure having our floors done by Peninsula, little side story. We had some water damage and had our insurance company pick who to fix it all. What a mistake, after kicking them out and remove the work they started we found this local flooring place and thank god we did. They came in and replaced the entire main level of hardwood in 3 days and it’s never looked better simply amazing skills these guys have. So In closing have no fear with these guys 5 star place

No matter how you slice it, Peninsula flooring in Niagara on the Lake have excellent follow up on after sales. So when we had an issue with carpet that was coming loose by the base boards, They responded within two days!! they came, they corrected the issue and left with what in todays world can be ranked as outstanding after sales service. I would like to express my wife's and my satisfaction for a job well done. We had wanted to replace our original wood block flooring for some years but were somewhat apprehensive due to the area involved and all the furniture which had to be removed for installation of the new flooring. From the beginning it was clear to see that Samantha was very professional and had a great knowledge of the products available. Then Art came out and measured up, nothing was to much trouble for him and his team. From the removal of the baseboards and replacing same after installation which didn't even require touch up. I recently purchased a home and upon close examination of the flooring, I realized what a horrible butcher job that had been done on the floors! The previous owner informed me that they had this company install the floors, and would not come back to repair them. I have been a contractor for 35 years and have never seen such a shoddy, unprofessional flooring job! I’m into my third week of removing the mess they made and will do the new install myself. This company is NOT RECOMMENDED!!

My husband and I bought our first house and we decided to rip up all the old flooring and install new floors to make every floor the same. It was one large living room, bathroom, kitchen, large dining room, and two bedrooms they did. Once the material was in, it took them 4 days to do. It would have been quicker had there not been problems with the subfloor in a couple spots that the guys installing were great at removing the problem flooring and fixing it right. I just want to give a shout out to Art and Clayton for their help and patience at explaining things that I'm very much so not knowledgeable on. They're great at explaining options and recommending a way to go forward.

We had flooring replaced last week in our dinning room, kitchen, laundry room, hallway & den by Penninsula Flooring, from the moment Art came & measured we knew we had made the right decision. The installation team (Luke, Wayne & Kerry) arrived. Moving washer & dryer, appliances & heavy furniture, nothing was a problem for them. They took special care with everything. They installed new moulding after the floor was finished. When they left everything was cleaned up (even vacuuming or xpcarport where they had been cutting trim etc). What a pleasure to have them in our home. We cannot say enough about ALL Penninsula Staff Art, Samantha (Wendy & Carol) and recommend them highly.
