Terrible experience. Took several weeks just to get a quote, refused to allow us to have cabinetry dimensions before ordering to do a double check and then came back with a price of nearly 20k for a few laundry room cabinets and bathroom vanity. Even after taking several weeks just to get a price, it was going to be another 4-5 months for delivery. Complete waste of time.

They send a designer to my place on March. But after 3 months. No answer back from them... I kind of understand everyone is busy. But I do not know it was this kind of busy. If they email me back or call me back later. I may update my review. But now just 1 star.

We recently built a Custom home and had Kitchen Studio Niagara install our kitchen cabinets and also our bathroom vanities. We are very happy with the completed results. The design and finished look is exactly how we imagined. Everyone we dealt with at Kitchen Studio Niagara were friendly, communicated well and were very accommodating. We had a couple of cabinets that had to be adjusted, due to the fact that they were wheelchair accessible, this was taken care of promptly to meet our satisfaction.

It is very dis-heartening to see the kitchen installed In my dear friend’s lovely, new home. The many issues they are left to deal with are numerous. Gaps. Pantry Door hung in such a way as to NOT open properly. Missing trim around appliances. Huge, Jutting, squared, baseboards to hide mistakes. Upper cabinet Trim colour completely different than cabinets. Late delivery and installation. Huge pile of Mess and products piled in garage for customer to haul away. I’m just beginning a $200,000 plus Reno to our beach home. I’m glad to have seen, first hand, the finished product from Kitchen Studio Niagara. We will find another source.

this company offers "the largest showroom in Niagara" Do not be fooled.... these people are obviously not looking for return business. Shop around and save yourself the disappointment and money.

We were extremely pleased with Kitchen Studio Niagara renovation of our kitchen. From the design, to choosing the cabinets, countertops and hardware, and ultimately the installation, we were impressed with the professionalism of the staff. As with all renovations there were a few modifications that needed to be made during the install but their highly talented installation experts made that happen. The other wonderful aspect of the Kitchen Studio Niagara is they are located in the design centre building and we were able to pick out our sink, faucet and backsplash at the other stores within the building- a one stop shop for your whole kitchen. The staff at Kitchen Studio Niagara ensure you are completely happy with the final product.

As viewed at a individual's home, upon inspection there was unfinished work around appliances, incorrect measuring, gaps between floor and cabinets, cabinet door cannot open due to incorrect installment, incorrect colour match of cabinets and moulding, this company is not worthy of their work.

My wife and I recently contracted this company for a brand new kitchen. The staff initially friendly and what appeared to be competent. The install proved otherwise. The issues too numerous to mention. Although a few attempts were made to remedy the quality issues, damaged material and design flaws ultimately we are left with an unfinished kitchen that does not reflect the rendered drawings we signed off on. When management visited our property they recognized the MANY issues/defects and advised us that "it is at the cabinet makers discretion as to use filler pieces etc that are presented in the drawings" So begs the question: why does a designer bother including details in her drawing if it is left up to the cabinet maker and his/her discretion? We have a pantry door we can not fully open and ultimately a Kitchen that does not reflect the rendered drawings completed by the designer at Kitchen Studios. This is all a direct result of the "cabinet makers discretion". We are so grateful that we were able to save our friends and family the same disappointment as they were days away from signing with this company. Like us They were wowed by their showroom and the charm of the team. After riding the wave with us and seeing the end result at our home, they went elsewhere. There are several Kitchen companies in the region that have been in business for many many years. We recommend shopping around...ask the right questions...pay CLOSE attention to the detailed measurements of your design and read the fine print. It is NOT common business practice to demand full payment prior to job completion. Kitchen studios demanded full payment prior to delivery and install of the cabinets. If you are looking for added stress and unplanned costs with your kitchen renovation I recommend giving Kitchen Studio a call. You won't be disappointed with the amazing service you receive until your are met with challenges that they are not capable of remedying.
