This is a little late in coming but I wanted to give these guys a review. Last year they did some millwork for us in a bathroom as part of a major renovation and in the process also "repaired" some stupid mistakes made by the people who had done our kitchen a couple year prior. Everyone I dealt with were pleasant and very helpful. When they said they would show up they did and their workmanship was excellent. I recently had them come back to fix another mistake in our kitchen and, even though it was a small repair they showed up exactly when they said they would even though they had booked the work a month previous. Eight years ago, Chuck and the team created a dream kitchen for my dream home - well designed, beautifully crafted, and totally functional. A few weeks ago, I impatiently forced a pull out shelf and broke the slide mechanism. Let me repeat, this was not normal wear and tear, I broke it. When I failed to receive an invoice for the repair, I emailed to check when to expect it, only to be told there was no charge. If there were ten stars, Milestone Millwork would get a 10/10 from me for super work and service over the years.

We just had the final installation of our new counter and island tops (by Quartz Co) on top of our custom cabinents by Milestone. Great coordination by both businesses.....and many thanks to Chuck and his knowledgeable staff. Great job and now I have a great kitchen! We will work on a backsplash and lighting over the winter. ????

Kitchen installed Jan 2016. Beautiful kitchen, the Kitchen designer Amanda was awesome. However, have a few things that where not done properly at installation and only found as time went on. Within 6 months, one upper cabinet door warped and had to be replaced. Last fall, happened to find that 3 crown mouldings sections where not fixed to cabinets (just sitting on top in the place they were to be secured) and 2 others where only temporarily secured and pulling away from where they meet the ceiling. Service tech returned back to secure-he was great. Fortunately no charge as it was not done at installation. I have one Upper cabinet (corner) with a glass door. The holes to move the upper shelf are on one side only-therefore the self cannot be adjusted as intended. The bottom shelf of the same cabinet is fixed, but still has holes (on one side only again-and unfortunately the side visible through the glass door). Have waited >4 months to receive a call that replacement small kick plate is ready.

I had a terrible experience with this company and could not wait for the job to finish so I would have no further dealings with them ever. They never kept us informed along the way and I always had to phone or e mail to find out what was taking so long. It tool over 5 months of frustration right up to the end when the counter top was to come and we did not ever know about it until 1/2 hr. before the people showed up. They had my phone number, e-mail and never used it. I have never dealt with such a bad customer service in all my years. I had a lot of dealings with contractors and never one this bad. I over paid for a lot of frustration. Not worth it. If I had to do it again I WOULD NOT!
