Awful experience. Michelle is the exclusive distributor for Para paints, but she does not know how to mix them. Different cans of the same colour yielded different shades. Our painter had to blend them all together to get consistency. We had to pressure her to come over to take a look and when she did, she changed her story several times in an attempt to explain the discrepancy. She never took responsibility and was quite argumentative and quite frankly, condescending. If I could give zero stars I would. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Horrible,horrible experience! I was set to purchase 900$ worth of decor items when they accused me of shoplifting soap Soap of all things! Had difficulty getting my deposit back what a humiliating experience! Unforgivable Awful!!!

Pretty much the worst, most unprofessional operation I have ever dealt with. Michelle is a book keeper who thinks she should be doing Interior Design. She has no concept of what things should cost, order of operations, or general project management. She seems to be in a constant state of covering up lies to customers and sub trades. She is beyond dishonest, and will throw her own employees, customers and sub trades under the bus to save herself. What a terrible experience!!!
