Delivery was delayed but not their fault the second wave hit when it did. Everything arrived after about 2 weeks but assembly was so simple. super happy with the end product

DO NOT believe the estimated in stock dates online. I made an online order for 2 chairs on December 28th (estimated in stock date was January 15th) and they charged me right away. Over 2 months later, zero updates and the estimated in stock dates online have changed and been pushed back 4 times so far. Update: 3.5 Months later, finally got the items.

Went over the weekend for a pickup . The staff that was dealing with us was very unprofessional / unpleasant. Wish they treated customers the way they would have liked to be treated. Had better service when I went there previously but the last weekend couldn't get any worse .

Great place, I didn't know this existed until I drove by. they seem to have very interesting pieces of furniture at very reasonable prices I will definitely go back and purchase here.

Terrible service. Most of their products are out of stock with an estimated delivery date. Every single time I’ve ordered based on a close estimated back in stock date, it’s been months, and customer service never has an update. They told me that it’s just how it is. Not only is it impossible to get products from them, it takes and hour just to get through on the phone with them. They have nice products if you could ever get it.

Walked in the store to order 4 eiffel chairs. The lady said it's in stock and should be ready the following week. Over a month after, here I am still calling them to follow-up on my order which is nowhere to be found. Very disappointed. Never will I transact with Structube again. Customer service is not helpful as well. Will share this bad experience with people I know to avoid disappointment.

Be Advised: Structube is not a store but a no frills showroom akin to Ikea. I am not opposed to a company removing all 'frills' to keep costs low. However, I believe those companies ought to advertise as a no frills service if they are. I was caught unaware. Also, the website is misleading. I wanted some items which were marked online as "in store at your location" - which apparently means "at a warehouse in Montreal and can be shipped in two weeks". All furniture needs to be assembled yourself at home. The store will not help you load or carry your items to your vehicle when they have arrived.

Placed an order the morning of November 2. In the confirmation email it states someone would be in contact with me shortly (shortly was the word used). 3 days later, after I made contact i was informed that my items wouldn't be shipped until the 15th to go to the transportation facility (which could take up to 14 days) then I would be contacted for a delivery date. So now we will be without a couch and chair for a month or more. Had this been communicated properly we wouldn't have made the purchase. To top it off we were charged shipping even though we entered the code for free shipping. Unless the furniture is beyond exceptional we will not purchase from Structube again, and discourage others from buying from here too. The excitement for the couch and chair i has when ordered is gone.

Nice selection of modern furniture. Helpful staff. Reasonable prices. Can purchase in store or order shipped items. Shipping is a flat rate no matter how many items ordered. Some floor models are sold at a 10% discount. Return policy is a little restrictive, make sure you ask about it before purchasing.

My favourite store. Everyone is always pleasant and so helpful. The Manager Troy is amazing and one of the best in any retail store I have gone in. He is always there to greet everyone and has wonderful suggestions! My favourite place to go!

To the lady working this morning October 5th at the cash with glasses, I watched a woman be so rude and disrespect towards you and it made me so mad. I purchased a couch on the 15th of November, with person that rang us up ( heide) said that we would receive it in 3 weeks max, today i called them and was informed that we would only receive it on January, if i had known I would not have made the purchase, lying sales person grind my gears... if its not good i will be bringing it back to the store , idk how someone can treat a customer that spent 2k up front the way me and my wife were treated, and the heide girl was also rude.

We placed the order for a sectional set on Feb/2021 and they promised to deliver our order on May/01 in NB. They sent us an email two days before May/01 that our order is in London ON by mistake but still on the way. They sent us at least 4 emails and asking for our complete address. We replied all the emails but we still got the same email again and again. And we got a call from the store today (June 11, 2021) informed us that they canceled our order. We live in our new house for 4 montha without sofa. And their only explanation is this is an internal decision.

Kool stuff..but..you order something and it takes 3 months for it to come inn AND nobody calls you. Service inside is slow and they dont ozzy any attention to you. Be better structube.

I visited your store last week. I live out of province and was very excited to see what your store had to offer. I Asked about a sofa i saw online. The lady that waited on me was more interested in setting up a display on a table. Apparently the sofa was a discontinued one. I asked if they had one comparable in the store she said no. I asked would she have a swatch of the fabric she said no. You would think i would be shown something in the store but wasn’t. The lady went back to finishing her display. Very disappointed with this customer service.

Some great furniture on display, quality of product is adequate and setup is relatively easy for one to two people. Designs are varied from modern to contemporary and so anyone can find something to love. Quality/price ratio is bang on in my opinion.

Our piece of furniture took 2 months to get here. The box was bangged up and once it got here we had to keep calling to get an answer as to when it was ready for pickup. Once I got a hold of someone there they said it was ready for pick-up and I would have to pay the balance once I picked it up but didn't tell me they didn't take cash and he was rude about it. I would recommend finding another place to buy your furniture if at all possible.

I am such a fan of Structube, or should I say WAS a huge fan. I ordered a piece in January 2021, along with other products as well - I used to rave about how great the model was, how great the product and pricing was, and now I am just disgusted. I received most of my order earlier this summer, and was promised not once or twice, but THREE different instances that my cushion would arrive, once in the spring, then for the fall, and now I've been told it would be the end of December 2021 (nearly a YEAR from my purchase date (!!!!?)) Needless to say, if I didnt not already have the other piece (the chair minus the cushion) I would be requesting a full refund and boycotting this entire setup. This is an unacceptable level of service. Does not even earn a 1 star, if that were an option.

Do not believe what they are saying about in stock items (even if you order from shop not online). You will wait and you will get nothing at delivery date. After that they will tell you about their unawareness about your purchase delivery dates. Finally if you split order cuz of delays, you need to pick up it from store. Bingo. Looks like it’s my fault.

Would like to see shipping prices brought down considering how few stores there are across the country. I have purchased a number of items but have refrained from purchasing quite a lot more because I have no interest in driving the hour and a half to pick up my order just to get free shipping. I would never pay $100 flat rate shipping on anything but I would easily order over a certain dollar amount to have my order shipped free. Secondly, it would have been ideal if the floor model pieces were available for purchase. I attempted to buy a set of nesting tables the other day but was told I’d need to order them and come back to get them later. Not a very good sales technique.
