Never go to staples to get quick print jobs done. Never. I was overcharged because I was forced to buy a gift card (without knowing a quote of the job) and was unable to extract the remainder from my forced gift-card. Extremely bad service from the Print Centre, absolutely horrific.

Quick and fairly polite, but was sent to wrong area with little explanation, then was helped by a semi-condecending young women who printed off my item only to THEN tell me had I gone to the other area (further down) I could have helped myself for a fraction of the price. I paid 2.50 to print off a single sheet of paper. Not very impressed, really hoping for better service next time.

I gave this store a 5 stars. Because this was the first store in North Bay that welcomes Nefertiti(service dog) into the store. More importantly, it was the managers who welcomed us. They appeared to be having a discussion at the time and they stopped to acknowledge Nefertiti and me.I had tears in my eyes because prior to coming to the store, Nefertiti and I had been rejected at the "Multicultural Center" . Oh boy that hurts like hell!!! So we went to Staple North Bay expecting the same rejection. But to my surprise these managers turned around and welcomed us to the store. Since then, I kept going back for all my office needs. I want to say "Thanks" Staple you had not only provided security and acceptance, but printer, paper,computer etc. So that I could be successful at school and your store was the only place I could find name pouches for Nefertiti and many more services.As a person with disability you made my life a little easier. We will miss your services.

Much nicer restroom than the one in sudbury haha. Might not be much of a point but havibg a nice clean restroom can mean alot about a store and how clean the rest of it is. Like any other staples, stock is laying on the floor but who really cares about stuff like that unless your the one tripping over it because you werent watching where you were going. Keys were falling off my lap top I had just received as a gift a month before. First they told me that they couldn't do anything, then they said it would cost $100 to fix! took like two hours and three different workers before they finally fixed it free. Copy machines require you to give your credit card before uploading your information. I cancelled my transaction only to find out later I had a charge on my credit card. I called the store to ask what happened..they were not helpful at all and when I asked to speak with a manager they left me on hold until the call was disconnected. Super disappointed staples :(

@Marc Lamothe, I think you're being a little unfair. The print center doesnt "force" people to get gift cards. You can use a credit card through the self serve printers or you can get a gift card at the front. You can literally put 1$ on it. As for not getting a quote I highly doubt the staff wouldnt tell you how much it would cost. Also all the pricing is written on the printers. You really shouldn't bad mouth a buisness just because you dont like the way they run things. I've only every had get experiences at staples, keep up the great work guys!

I had the worst customer service EVER at this store and by a manager of all people. Not really sure why they gave this guy that position because he totally sucks at it. I went in to get my tablet looked at because it shows a grey screen. They looked at it, literally, and then said they couldn't help me I had to go through the company that made the tablet and use the one year warranty with them first and yes I did purchase this so called extra warranty in which I was told does not come in affect until the one year warranty is up with manufacturer of the tablet SO WHAT GOOD IS BUYING THIS EXTRA WARRANTY IF I CAN'T USE IT. So I contacted the tablet company and their return policy is if I didn't buy it through them I can't return it to them SO MUCH FOR THAT YEAR WARRANTY. Went back to the store with the same rude ignorant manager(ryan) and told him what they said and he pretty much told me oh well for you there is nothing I can do I am not helping you. WOW what great customer service by a manager at this store I WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM STABLES IN ANY COUNTRY AGAIN.....

Waited in line with 9 people while watching 8 staff members mingling around checkout. Not many customers in store who were not in line. I ask the cashier if there was someone available to open cash and he said "they are supervisors they are not cash trained" I said that I thought that was sad. And he said that it was "my problem". Maybe so, but I thought customer service at this store was atrocious and left my product. I will sadly buy at Walmart or on Amazon.

I usually come in to use the print shop here to make photocopies, scans and prints. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The store is always clean and well organized. Most items you may need on a just in time basis are usually there. Office supplies cost what you'd expect them to and aren't overpriced. The store can order items and you may pick them up in store in they aren't stocked.

Quiet store compared to everywhere else. Today I was looking for a computer desk, the selection is very decent and price range for what you get is really good. I purchased one for $150 but there are some lower priced ones as well. An associate came over and help with locating the box and even helped bring it to my vehicle. My whole experience was great and I will definitely be returning. The desk I bought is also very sturdy with the metal framing.

I was looking for computer parts and couldn't find what I was looking for. I had asked the "customer service" desk only to be told that I was wasting their time. The first lady, although polite, had no knowledge in computer components so she asked this dirty looking long haired guy. H said he didn't carry them. Then came out what I can only assume is the manager. He "advised" that there were no processors to be found in Moncton ( I did find a store after that sold them, very good costumer service from them, they even installed it in my motherboard at no charge ). He explicitly said that I was wasting his time and that I should just go home and order one online. He didn't even offer to order one for me like Best Buy did. I tried to ask him a question and he had turned his back, walked into his office and closed the door. I couldn't even get his name. I will never go to this Staples or any other again.

Not just that i also recently got things printed so i know they can do it! The staff working here tonight was absolutely unhelpful and borderline lazy. They did not offer to help at all. They call me to come pick up my laptop arrived nothing was done ! i did not have the programe that i wanted so they asked me to pay 150$ more i asked to return everything The manager was terribly rude the employees would be a better manager then her ! Idk who the employee handling the door was today but the website I had checked probably 1-2 mins before showing up said you guys were open for in store purchases I showed up thinking I could do that I was told I can't so no problem I'm fine with ordering things online, so I told this guy that Google was still showing they were open for "walk-ins" and instead of acknowledging that and carrying on he decides to argue with me saying "I litterally checked 5 minutes ago, if you look there's a red X beside the in store and a check mark on curbside only" I also have a screenshot of Google litterally showing me the opposite needless to say pretty unimpressed with the fact an employee would rather sit there and argue then have me go about my day.

I like shopping at this store but don't think they have sufficient staff, and although most of the staff is super helpful, they're hard to find at times and some don't seem to know where things are in the store If they fixed the staffing and training issues I would give them a higher rating

Terrible customer service. I was treated like a doormat. Dirty looks, hollered at for social distancing even though I was way more than 6ft apart from the other customers in line, and issue when trying to use a gift card. Incidents like these make me not want to shop at a place I don't feel welcomed at. Couldn't even get a "have a nice day", or "thank you for shopping with us" when I left.

Took in fully functional computer with charging issues and got it back with no display. Took ot to another repair place and was told someone had broken the connector inside the computer. Back to Staples who refused to accept responsibility. Never will they see another penny from me and I used to shop there regularly.

I purchased Quickbooks accounting software at full price two weeks ago from Staples as I usually do each spring. At the time I had a conversation with the cashier asking if I would be able to get a price guarantee if it were to come on sale at a later time which it usually does in the spring. She checked the system to see if it would be coming on sale in the next two weeks but it couldn't find a sale so she told me to hang onto my receipt and it would be no problem to get a price guarantee. The following week, I noticed it was on sale for $180 off so I brought in the flyer and my receipt to get the price guarantee. The cashier tried but was unsuccessful so she called in the floor manager. The floor manager told me they needed the product in order to honor the price guarantee. Something about needing the serial #. So I made another trip back to the store with the product (disc, product registration, start up guide, receipt, etc.) only to find out that they needed the box! I asked to speak to the store manager and he refused to provide the price guarantee or a return without the box. Why was I not told to hang onto the box or that the box was the key to the whole thing? Not only by the cashier but also the floor manager?! I went home and dug through the garbage and retrieved the box and made a third trip to Staples which will be my last and I have purchased furniture and supplies there for years for our business. Terrible service!
