Buying your first home is scary, and what is the most stressful is decorating and painting your space. I had a wonderful experience with the staff at Benjamin Moore, especially interior designer Mel. She helped me to pick out the PERFECT colours for my house, and helped me to achieve the look I was aiming for without even being in the space! Incredible! They helped me along the way with a smile!

I went in, knowing only generally, what colour I was looking for. They listened to my description of what I was looking for and found me the perfect colours. The quality of paint is amazing as well. Very durable.

Benjamin Moore makes great paint. The shop and the staff however need to be brought up to date. Perhaps removing "& More" from it's title would be a good start. Upon entering the store it's like being thrown back into time. Being greeted by the unpleasant smell of candles at the entrance with even more disturbing "white trash" quotes and sayings on them should have told me to turn and walk back out the door. Enough with the harsh window treatments, it's almost 2021 and none of us want to return home at the end of the day to that antiseptic clinical feel of blinds. Get rid of the plastic fruit and low end lighting section. Do it right or don't do it at all. Hire people who like people, yes this is directed at the rude manager. Hire pleasant people who love colour and interior design and know their product lines. Drive to another location if you are devote to the Brand or go to BMR Courtyard Hardware in Hartland and ask for Calvin (last name unknown), this guy really knows his stuff and so far his suggestions/products have not failed. I spend thousands of dollars each year on paint and supllies and I don't like dealing with nasty slappers who couldn't care less how she represents the hand that feeds her. Let's start demanding better customer service.

Great staff super friendly and helpful. When a mistake was made they made it right. Down fall the $96 gallon of paint wasn't the easiest to work with. Used a $18 gallon in a room for temporary colour that worked much better.
