I haven't received my bed yet, but the customer service was absolutely impeccable. I messaged to inquire about available discounts, and their process for taxation, delivery, payment for product purchased in advance, etc. They responded immediately using the online chat system, and gave me all the information I needed to make my decision! My new favorite place to shop for everything home is Modern Komfort. This shop is a absolute gem in Fredericton where I go first to find current, high-quality, reasonably price items for every room. I have received decorator level advice here and am delighted with every purchase I have made. Vignettes at the shop are well worth the visit plus you can catch everything you could ever want on line. Sales happen regularly which is always appreciated.

By far the best customer service I have received in a very long time. I recently downsized from a house to a condo and sent many emails to Modern Komfort for assistance with measurements, photos etc- they went above and beyond with my requests and answered everything in a prompt manner and got detailed measurements from one of their manufacturers. I purchased from Modern Komfort a well designed mid-century media console. But when it arrived there were a beginning of cracks and a dent on the top of the unit. We of course took pictures and informed them to which they promptly informed me that a replacement unit was going to be ordered. They sent me updates on the unit and a week ago the new unit replaced the damaged one. That is the best customer service I have experienced in years hands down. I would definitely buy another piece of furniture from them.

I purchased a sofa from Modern Komfort via the internet. I was a bit worried about choosing a sofa without visiting the store to test it. Modern Komfort and their team answered every question I had in regards to the sofa and made me feel extremely comfortable to place the order online.
