Our old washer died. Within a few hrs went to McLellan's after chatting with them on the phone. After paying they delivered a new washer within an hr installed it and lugged our old one away. We can't remember any retailer that provided this level of service. There is a good reason why they have been successful in business for as many years as they have. Service is everything...you might pay a bit more but they have your back which is priceless. Thanks Allison for a stress free major purchase experience. C and K Peckham

My In-laws that are in their 70s just spent $4000 on new appliances and were not happy. Long story short, there was yelling and tears and a lot of stress for all of us. Allison needs to go to Salesman School.......Go see Arron at the Brick you will have a much better experience!!

Purchased what I was told was the top of the line Maytag washer and dryer. Failed in less than 3 months because an internal lint trap was plugged and told it was not covered under warranty! Told don’t wash cloths that have lint in then. Great solution! Store was no help at all. Don’t shop there.

I purchased a bed from McLellan’s just over a year ago. Will definitely go back for any further furniture needs. The service was exceptional, as they helped us pick out a bed (in our budget) that was very comfortable. Brent even made the application process a breeze! We got to pick our delivery date which I thought was amazing, and the service team were just as good. They brought my steel bed frame up three flights of stairs and put it together for me, so thank you! Great service!!

They delivered the fridge the same day it came in along with the mattress. The delivery team are so good at what they do. The staff are friendly, personable and extremely helpful and very patient. The price was great and very comparable to other furniture stores. After having made two previous bad washing machine choices I am more than happy with my experience at McLellan's. The personal service was great, from listening to all my complaints about my current washing machine, to explaining all the features and warranties on the machines they sell, the extra care taken when loading it in my vehicle and even answering my questions over the phone on the proper installation. It makes me wonder why I would ever go anywhere else? As far as the machine is concerned it far surpasses the last two I've owned. It is what a washing machine is supposed to be. It gets the clothes clean, no soap residue left on them, doesn't leave them all in a knotted mass after the final spin, and is quiet while doing it!! I did a little test, I threw a folded pair of very dirty pants in the load and they came out clean! It was described as the machine my grandmother would have had and it is true. I never knew doing laundry could be so fun!

Nice selection but don't run with any problem with what you purchase because you are on your own. Bought washer and dryer washer was scratch, they came and buffed it with turtle wax, bought a dinning table they replace it 3 times with a table with a bow and I still have a bow table. Electric fire place mother board defective still stuck with it. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
