Well... I don’t have much to say other than that they don’t know what they’re doing. We bought a 1000$ dishwasher, expecting it to have the simplest things such as a power cord... That’s too much to ask, isn’t it? They forgot to include one bag that had all kinds of components, essential to mounting, and simply giving power to the dishwasher. Not cool.

Since I am renovating my whole house, I am there almost 5 times a day- everyone is always helpful, nice, knowledgeable! Couldn't be happier. Special shout out the the contractor desk people, thank gosh for you guys, ha! Thanks for the warehouse guys, especially Jonathan, very knowledgeable, takes leadership, even encourages me in my project. I might try to hire him in the future, he is great! :)

The staff are generally friendly and the prices are ok. The challenge this location faces is one common to smaller and out of pace players in the retail space, that is stock availability is a lottery. This can be both frustrating and sometimes fun when you find something you didn't know you needed.

This particular Home Hardware openly discriminates against individuals with disabilities. Their refusal to accommodate is appalling. I do not recommend giving this store any business. HOME DEPOT is the place to go, as they are kind, considerate and very accommodating. Post response reply: Thank you for admitting that you do in fact discriminate, and "under current regulations", you are allowed to honour patrons with medical exemptions, but you chose to go out of your way to ignore the exemption allowance, and press on with your discrimination. It's a shameful position.
