Very pleasant visit looking for a lift chair for myself. Very nice gentleman, Mr St. Peter helped, went out in the warehouse looking for the chair (not his job) and found it after 20 minutes. So went home with the chair I wanted.

My girlfriend and I were in recently to look for kitchen appliances for our new home. We ended up working with Tyler (younger sales rep) who was very knowledgable and enthusiastic. Although we did end up purchasing our appliances from another spot in town we do plan to make Daley’s one of our first stops to complete our additional household home items in the very near future.

A very nice furniture store with lots of inventory. It was very nice to be able to browse and gather information without being pressured by salespeople. We were greeted and then welcome to look around and to contact the sales person if we had any questions. Without the pressure one gets in some places we spent longer there than we otherwise would have.

Needed a large deep freezer asap. DALEYS were the only place in town that carried any in stock. Everywhere else was 2-6 weeks delivery. And the price was actually cheaper than expected. Freezers been full since and it's working great.

Good store with good service. Local owner that cares about his customers and it shows. Prices are at par with the big guys but you get better service so why not encourage a local business. Great mattress gallery as well with lots of choice.

We ordered a leather couch at this store, it took a month longer to get it than we were told. We had an issue with metal breaking through the leather on the back, when we called them, they told us to call the company that made the couch. I felt that the salesman was rude about it, I will never spend another cent at this store, one would expect much better customer service after making a $5000.00 dollar purchase. Find a customer service friendly store to spend your money!

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!! We just had a really bad experience with them. We ordered a sectional, we told the salesman (peter) that we wanted the sectional that’s in store but we want the lounge on the other side, we put a deposit they called to confirm our order and we told them the same thing we said to the salesman,and waited 5 weeks, when it arrived it was the wrong side so we returned it. The salesman contacted us after to let us know that the side we want is out of stock and it could be until November before they can order so the salesman gave us the choice to wait or to be refunded. WELL THE OWNER blamed us told us it was us that ordered the wrong side and didn’t want to give our deposit back.. They finally gave back the deposit after arguing, blaming and telling us that they don’t make mistakes. In my opinion the simple thing would be to have a Document showing what is ordered and signed by both the customer and sales team, but im sure they don’t want that!!! They wouldn’t have anyone to blame. BEWARE if you buy BEWARE before you gave a deposit....

Company came to deliver our order. Didn't even make sure they were not scraching the walls or celling. Didn't care about walking inside during the winter putting snow, water salt and sand everywhere inside and didnt event try to clean after. The worst services i ever see.

Jim at Daleys is thee absolute BEST. That man will run to the back or computer ad many times as needed to ensure their is stock, colour preference and style variations available. He never rushes you (leons!!!!) and has alot of product knowledge! Thanks Jim!!!
