Awful! Don't be fooled by Nikki's process of buying fabrics and mailing them to her. I spent hundreds of dollars buying fabrics and sending them to her. I never received the drapes or my fabrics back. She made it her process to have me take the risk and pay for fabrics up front so she did not pay for anything. Then she claimed she sent a package with no insurance to save a few dollars, now I am out several hundreds of dollars because she was too cheap to properly ship a package so she claims. I filed a claim with the BBB which is pending. Watch out - she took no ownership of the problem and just did not deliver them and claimed that is my problem to deal with and the loss of my fabrics is not her problem. Just terrible and negligent behavior, really unscrupulous.

The Roman Shades we bought from Nikki were a perfect fit. We ordered two shades that were mounted side by side 1/4" apart, and the complex patterns lined up perfectly. Nikki has made shades for 4 other rooms in our house prior to our recent order and the only problem came from me switching the dimensions for the height and width. We hired Nikki to make Roman Shades for us from some high end drapes I had procured from a Consignment client. Nikki and her team do an incredible job in remaking these beautiful drapes into Roman Shades for us which now grace many rooms in our new home. Nikki also pointed out that there would be a few seams and that the pleats from the drapes may never fully be flat in the Roman shades which we really appreciated. The Roman shades were affordable, beautifully made and done in a very timely manner. I can't recommend NikkiDesigns enough for your interior design needs and we will have more projects for Nikki in the future.

We just finished a kitchen reno so needed only one roman blind for above kitchen sink. Hunter Douglas' price is outrageously expensive and really not worth the money they are asking for so I was looking online and came across NikkiDesigns. I needed a white color fabric for an inside mount roman blind so I called Nikki. She immediately sent out a few white fabric swatches for me to look at. Nikki was very efficient taking my measurements and within 4 weeks we received our roman blind. It is very well made with good craftsmanship and it hangs very nicely on our window. I like how Nikki includes all the required hardware and detailed instructions for mounting the blind so it was a piece of cake to put it up by my husband. In the near future, I hope Nikki will get more fabric selection in the WHITES so I can order more blinds from her.
