I What has happened at this store? I have visited many times in the past, but my last visit was a shock. The female customer service rep looked me up and down disdainfully, then turned away. The male customer rep was busy so I waited. He then shouted at me from another counter ‘ can I help you’. When I asked for a specific member of staff for a new blind order, he was clearly annoyed and rudely informed me that she wasn’t there until the end of summer. He thrust a card into my hand and told me to call the person on the card. I have attended classes and bought all my paint for various projects at this store. Perhaps time to look elsewhere.

Had to do curbside, which is fine, but still had a very positive experience. My paint order was ready, on time, an the gentleman that retrieved my order was pleasant, professional and courteous. It was a premium exterior paint, and at regular price with taxes included - it was still cheaper than a comparable brand at a big box store before taxes. I will definitely shop here again, and will recommend Tripp's to my local friends and family.

The staff here is so friendly and knowledgeable. My last two visits specifically had a wonderful woman who helped me through my colour selections like it was her own home. The only place I buy paint.
