I've been working on a remodel project and wanted a quote for Pella windows that would replace the existing ones. Jake Smith came out to the project, took measurements, and gave me a quote. Since then, he has been very easy to reach when I have questions about the product (Pella windows) and is quick to respond. I highly recommend!

We used Pella to replace our windows. We were originally quoted a project completion time of 2 weeks. This project took 3 months with very little communication from the company. When the project was completed, the garbage from the installation was left in my garage, and throughout my home. This is not the worst of it. The installation caused damages to the siding of my home, and I have yet to have someone contact me to repair these damages that were caused by this company. The siding on my house is detached from the home around the windows in multiple locations, and there are now holes in the siding. The trim inside of the home around the windows was not done properly as there are a few spots that the trim was cut too short and it does not line up to the window. The work was very unprofessional and the customer service is truly unacceptable. I have emailed, called, messaged via social media and have not had the damages repaired that were caused by this company.

We have been having difficulty opening our screen door going out to the back deck. I contacted Bill Clutter from the Petoskey showroom a couple of months ago and he instructed me on how to remove the screen so that I could install new screen. Unfortunately the door still wouldn’t operate properly. This morning my wife and I decided to call back. Bill stated that it would take about 6 weeks before a technician could come and it would cost us about $150.00 for the service call. Bill then said he’d come over and check it out. 15 minutes later he was here and adjusted the door and now it works great. He didn’t charge us for the call but asked if I would write this review. I said I’d gladly write a great review as it was so worth it. Bill Clutter is a great man and I’d recommend him and Pella doors anytime...definitely a five star company and Bill is a wonderful representative for Pella. Thanks again, Bill! You’re the best!

The Best Windows we ever had in any home we have owned and we gave them a new home! Over 12 windows in all! We had to also order new screens, all quality and fit like a glove....I care for those screens very well each season because I know they will last my lifetime. The product may be good but their install process is terrible. Very disappointed with the install. Had my project scheduled for several months and when the installers finally came out, they had no interior or exterior trim for the job. Installers did not know when the trim would be available so I did not have them install the windows and door. Would not recommend Pella for the install. Would go with a lagit contractor. You will most likely pay more but at least you will have confidence the materials will be on site and installed properly. If I were giving a star rating for this process I would only give one for failing not to meet customer expectations. Also, the sales person for my project was very slow to respond to voice and email.
