I dont know what on earth is happening. The ugliest products I have seen for the most insane prices. I seen old school zellers watches for 70 dollars, the ugliest pair of shoes for 270 dollars, and the most outrageously grotesque underwear for 15 dollars that I wouldnt wear for free or even try on if it was given to me. I honestly would be absolutely embarressed to own a store and carry that kind of merchandise. And on top of that, merchandise for that price. Did I miss something in the world where people have lost their sense of value and taste? Have the youth of our day been so brainwashed to believe that low quality items have so much value to them even if they look, feel, and are made cheaply? I asked the sales person if Im going crazy and if people actually think these products are good and buy them. He even agreed they were ugly and cheap and that they barely sell. I feel literally like im in some space warp where this is reality. Am I so out of touch? I have travelled plenty, even created my own brand of clothing, I have an understanding of quality and value, and yet... am confused how large companies support the sale of such cheap products in their store trying to pass it off as trendy or fashionable. I have rated 2 stars because the staff was kind and honest when talking with one. Just one. I cant say honestly about how other staff were since I really couldnt have cared less to spend another min. looking at the entire selection of what seemed to be a joke for the country that made them. Indonesia, china, latin america textile manufacturers are probably laughing at the consumers of the western world and shocked by the price put on the products they made. I have now left the store saddened and depressed and yet happy that I have not succumbed to the modern day brainwashing where I would spend an absurd amount of money for products so blatently cheap. Vent over.

Simons has great designs and great sales. I love that they have free electric car charging available. Store is well staffed and staff are helpful. I'm constantly compliment at work wearing their shirts as they really do stick out. My style has changed dramatically since starting to shop there. 5 stars when they provide more information on factory conditions for workers on their website. Was able to find their eco friendly information but wasn't able to find anything about their factories. The textiles industry is notoriously bad for human rights and the onus is on companies to show that they are different.

Great prices and selection and nice to have a Simons so near to home, however the customer service here was shockingly discourteous and unaccommodating - namely the tailoring/alteration service. I had purchased a Simons suit (the Le 31 brand) in December 2018, but did not have time for the tailoring until February. Le 31 is a brand exclusive to Simons so I thought at anytime, without the receipt, I could bring it in for the complimentary hem. I also needed the sleeves shortened, and was told that would be free when I purchased it at WEM. After getting fitted and alternations pinned, they asked for the receipt which I had long since lost, but being a Simons brand, unaltered and "unhemmed" suit, I figured it would be no issue. At first they agreed to do the hem but would charge for the sleeves. We were a bit confused but since we were short on time, agreed to pay. After waiting around, a manager came and began cross questioning us for the receipt, debit/credit card info, and kept on citing "the process" for tailoring. Understandably there is a process, but they already agreed to make the alterations but were now back tracking, and also wasting our time. Within that time, the mall had closed and all of our other errands cancelled. So not only did they back track their agreement to do the alterations, they turned us away and wasted nearly 45 minutes of our time going back and forth. I would not recommend this Simons for any sort of alteration work, and really hope they learn to put the customer first.

I'd give this location a 4 because the staff is always really nice and you occasionally find unique things to wear, but there is one thing about this location that drives me insane. There's an old man (possibly homeless?) Who will not stop talking to you unless you completely ignore him and walk away in this location. He's not threatening or rude, it's just every single time I'm in this Simon's he will not stop talking to you (or other people around you) in his loudest voice possible and is constantly getting in People's way. It's just hectic. Sometimes he will talk to you again and again until staff ask him to stop, which he will, but that's why it goes to a 3.

Alright so I used to never shop at places like this but bro, Simons is really where its at. They have a little bit of everything here and its pretty epic. Wanna look fly for the ladies? Well Simons has all the trendy clothes to make you look like a total slayer. But what about for when you’re out with the lads? Well the basic tees here are cheaper than a PBR so who cares if the brothers vomit all over them. Public Drunkenness ticket you have to go for court for? Well get a suit from these guys and get the seamstress to take off the sleeves for you so that the judge knows how much of a red blooded Canadian PATRIOT you are (yeah, they’ll do that for you). But how about this, you have to go to the beach over summer break? Well you better be sayin Kowabunga brother because Simons has you covered there too. Can’t go without mentioning the cool kids behind the counter either. Everyone working at this store DEFINITELY deserves a brew for being absolute lords at their jobs. Ludicrously friendly and crazy smart (like everyone here has a 4.0 in product knowledge its nuts) the floor guys are retail gods. Definitely gonna tell all the guys on campus about this place.

This is absolutely the worst Simons I have ever been in. We walked around the whole store twice and the only person who spoke to us asked my husband to.move out of the way since could out t-shirts on a rack. When we finally found someone he was overly friendly but he clearly heard us complaining about the absolute lack of customer service. The store was basically empty as it was first thing in the morning so there really is no excuse for the lack of service. Any other Simons I've been to is the complete opposite of this store wish friendly helpful staff throughout. As a top tier Simons loyalty member I was very unimpressed and refused to purchase any of the things we had picked out.

We all know Simons has great pieces, but what are good pieces when there is a lack of customer service? I’ve come to shop at this store a handful of times in the last month and the only time I actually speak to an employee is when I have to hunt one down for a change room. I walked through multiple departments within standing distance of employees and wasn’t acknowledged once. The ladies Twick department and the home section are always the worst as there’s always at least 2-4 people standing around, leaning on cash desks, and not servicing customers. But what’s the difference when every other department has an employee in there not acknowledging customers either?! I’ve been in retail for 10+ years and if Simons can’t learn to train their employees basic customer service, they are going to push away those who enjoy the product.

Tee’s for $10 or a purse for $4,000 and everything in between. Mostly clothing and footwear with home accessories from kitchen to bathroom. There is a price point for everyone. The store is well lit and clean. It’s big but doesn’t seem so when walking around it. They have great selection and carry many name brands plus their own. The clothing is trendy if that’s what you want or conservative stuff too. I have been coming here since it opened and before when it opened in WEM. Love the ambiance and decor will come again. August 13, 2021 visiting once again. Enjoyed the experience. Contact with the staff was nice, she was friendly and helpful.

Absolutely terrific. Best men's women's and teen's clothes for kilometres. Excellent "soft housewares" too (e.g., bath mats, sheets, pillowcases, etc.) Such good fashion sense. As good as the WEM location. Actually I like Londonderry's Simons' artwork much better than WEM's, and the solar panels on the parking lot car shelters is very well taken by me too. Remarkable range of prices, but everything is worth what they charge.

The store is pristine and shiny, as are the staff, attentive, polite and well dressed. My only complaint with Simon's has to do with their pricing. I mean when you put a markdown sign on the rack of 4 styles of dresses, 2 of which are very similar and have equal styling of embroidery. 'Only dresses on "This" arm are on sale.' may have been the intent, but is NOT clearly marked, and the dresses were mixed on both arms. The results were I paid $10 too much, and I will have EVERYTHING price checked before I decide to buy or not.

Two words: Poor Management. The amount of untrained people on the floor made it pretty obvious that there is high turnover at this location. This reared its head when a thoughtful employee from one department decided to take some items off my hands and put them behind the counter.... But didn't tell anyone that they were on hold. You guessed it when I went to the fitting rooms after about an hour of browsing they had re-hung all my clothes. This misunderstanding is indicative of management not stressing communication above all else. Furthermore I over heard a floor manager being generally disrespectful towards his employees, I suspect that it was their apprehension to "look lazy" that caused an upstart to start cleaning behind the counter. Update: the till Boy scanned some pants twice and missed a shirt so there's that too.

What's with the aggressively weird layout Simon? Who hurt you? They must have some really neat mens attire in store, but I usually get the cool stuff from thrift stores.
