Josie takes customer service to another level and is truly AMAZING! When making a purchase for my home, I like to touch, feel and see what I'm buying. Josie took the time to explain EVERYTHING I needed to know, and then some. It eliminated all my second guessing and I felt like I was making a confident purchasing decision with a piece of glass art and a fun sofa (that I pray will squeeze into the tight entrance of a basement). Josie rocks!

KARE is one of my favourite furniture accessories store in Toronto. They always have such unique pieces and a fabulous selection of merchandise. I wanted to give a special shoutout to Josie who is the logistics manager. Although she isn't a sales associate I somehow stumbled across her while I was trying to order something pre-covid. Of course there was delays with delivery during covid and during the process she kept me up to date via emails, phone calls and texts to make sure I was kept in the loop with my order and went above and beyond my expectations. She made my experience super pleasant and made sure she followed up after my order was delivered to my client to ensure they were happy. In addition the the beautiful collection of furniture pieces you always get excellent service shopping here and I would recommend this store to anyone!

It was truly a great experience shopping at Kare Design with the help of Josie! I inquired about a product via email and Josie handled it with great care even it was a small purchase (a decor). She called me back very quickly to help me complete my purchase and arranged for delivery the next day. On the next day she kept me informed of the delivery and when I received it the local delivery driver handed the item to me carefully, stating he was told that the item is extremely fragile. Also the decor was wrapped nicely. I could tell that Josie is really passionate about the store and about helping out her customers. I really hope to visit the store once covid is over. P.s. their website is great, huge product catalog and lots of ideas!!

I happened to be walking by KARE's shop window one summer evening, and I suddenly spied in their window the most exquisite rabbit lamp I have ever seen in my life. They were closed at the time so I called the next day and asked about it.the friendly staff place an order for me and let me know it would arrive in a couple of months as it was shipping from Europe. Being in the interior design and furniture industry makes you realize the difference. I have really enjoyed my experience with Kare Toronto. Josie was so sweet and helpful. She helped me place my order for a coffee table that I've had my eyes on. The table was supposed to come in 6 weeks but she managed to bring it in for me in just 3 weeks. She followed up with me a few times through the process and after, to make sure we are happy with our order. Overall, if you are looking for unique pieces Kare is the place to go. I have had a terrific experience with KARE. Not only is the furniture beautiful, unique, and well made (seriously, you don’t see pieces like this anywhere else), the staff are creative, helpful and kind. They have so much to offer - and the website even more - which can feel overwhelming for someone that’s not design/decor-savvy like me. After a quick conversation and photos of the space, Carla, Dan and Edilka were able to make suggestions that I never would have been able to pick out myself. They also came to my house, measured and used an app to place and suggest furniture. It was SUCH a helpful experience and I felt way less overwhelmed with putting the whole room together. The delivery team was professional and Josie was super helpful with coordinating, as well. My dining room is a showstopper - when people come by they can’t stop looking at it and we really enjoy using it and hosting gatherings in it. I wish I could do my whole home from this store. I’m a huge fan and highly recommend it.

So happy we discovered Kare for our new place. Their items are so unique, stylish and design, you can’t go wrong! These come from Europe so definitely great if you are looking for something different than all other furniture stores are offering. We bought a sofa without trying it and it couldn’t be mord perfect from the comfort to the look and feel! I had a very positive experience dealing with Kare Design and in particular with Josie. I ordered a picture as a Christmas gift and it was looking like I would not receive it in time. Josie stepped in and moved a mountain to get it delivered (wrapped with a red bow) at 7:00pm on Dec. 23rd. You don’t often see such excellent customer service and Josie deserve special recognition for the outstanding job she does.

We saw – and loved - a wall installation in Kare’s Queen Street store - of gold flowers cased in acrylic – so we ordered it in early February. It just arrived (delayed by the pandemic). The communications from Josie between order date and delivery date was regular, reliable and informative. And delivery happened on schedule, with precautions taken for contactless delivery – and only after they’d opened the package and inspected the piece (it was in perfect shape) - and Josie remained in touch as the package progressed across the city. The installation is now hanging and looks beautiful. Thank you Josie!

An incredible place! Eye-catching pieces that are very well priced, high quality, and definitely *unique*. I recently purchased a steampunk skull from here and about to order a few other pieces for my den and living room. I'd definitely highly recommend checking out this store. It really does belong on Queen St. Website fairly easy to navigate as well. In-store staff are very pleasant and helpful. Can't say enough good things.
