We shopped at a carpet in 55 number store. They told us they have return and exchange policy. But we’re not happy with one carpet we took it to return the owner of store didn’t return our money and yield at us. We went to the security but this mall literally has no management what so ever.

There are a couple of nice shops in there. Atmosphere is a little dull since it's not that crowded but if you keep window shopping, you get some good ideas and some shops have good deals (vanities, blinds, kitchen cabinets... etc). Definitely worth visiting at least once.

What a big joke this place is. Before they broke ground I knew it would not be a successful project. It will soon prove to be a big flop. I give it a few more years tops. Clearly there was too much money and they didn't know what to do with it so they built this unnecessary so called all in one home decor centre. The best of the best wouldn't waste time being a merchant here. It will one day turn into an entertainment venue... Watch and see..

It's been around for a while but this was my first time actually going inside was very nice on the inside seems to me like an upscale flea market design the thing I didn't like was I was there at 1 p.m. and more than half the Stalls were closed this is terrible for a business so I would advise you 2 try and call First if you're going there for a specific reason

A very cool concept for those people looking for renovation or home building ideas. Although only busy on weekends I think you can make an appointment with one of the vendors in meat on-site upon request. They also have training rooms or meeting rooms available for you. The place was super clean and kept up nicely.

A giant building offering anything home improvement under one roof. Suggest to visit on a weekday as they tend to be closed or by appointment only on weekends for some of the vendors. Ton of options to choose from - we particularly came to view flooring (laminates), counter tops for the kitchen and backsplash, also tiling for restrooms.

The only words that come to mind during my visit here.... friendly and accessible. Just kidding. This place is a museum for stores. You can see the products but there is no one there that can help you buy anything. You just look at stuff through the glass walls. Such a waste.

I feel sorry for the people operate their business there. The whole place felt like a ghost town on weekend. There were probably less than 10 customers in a place the size of a mall. About 80% of the stores are either vacant or not opened. I’m sure Covid has some impact but the experience was terrible.

I went during covid times where monday and Tuesdays are appointment only or else I would have gone on any other day to have more shops to check out. Well decored entrance. Loved the ambience in the mall. Not like any other regular malls. Had an appointment eith unit 9/10 for fireplace and great customer service by Alex.

The location is full of mid tier to high end home furnishing shops. I highly reccomend thus location to anyone who enjoys window shopping and peeking in for ideas on their own home. It is a great location with a giant parking lot which is a must when catering to the mass public with the plentiful amount of stores located on the property. This location is also becoming the main hub of the cars and motorcycle scenes in Toronto, and has had some serious vehicles show up. Just recently, the launch of NorthFaceRally brought a Pagani Huayra BC and Koenigsegg Agera XS to the back of the lot (which is massive by the way).

350 home improvement stores in one supermall. Finally a place where as a contractor / designer I can chooose every single material for my client's home renovation project in one place! I used to spend at least couple of days driving around in the city and wasting my time, I can do all of that now in couple of hours at Improve. Thank you Improve Canada

I will put my 10 cents here as well. I totally can't understand those who are complaining about Improve. From the opening of this mall, I visited it quite a few times and liked everything in there. It has been just over a year since they have been open, and there are huge improvements already in place. Historically, it takes some time for any type of business to reach a high level, and I was impressed to see the level this mall achieved in such a short period of time. Plus, you should consider that this is not a regular mall. In regular mall 80% of trafiic are teenagers who are just hanging around, where this centre is visited by a targeted customers who are renovating their homes. The place is highly recommended.

Very disappointed with the place ½ the stores are closed the other half is holding on to a sinking Ship. Made a deposit on a Solar system for my House in November looks like I will lose 10k as the company is not returning my deposit and not installing anything on my house. Buyer be aware don’t make any deposit in this place if you don’t want to lose any money.

Went to Halloween Night of Lights. Lots of fun for kids. Great music, in sync with the light show. Short but worth it. Covid safe drive-thru event. Already purchased tickets for Holiday Night of Lights. It's something different to do during this pandemic and very entertaining for kids.

The event Halloween Nights of Lights was a different kind of experience. It was fun to see synchronized lights and sounds while you drive around the big parking lot. It was a 30-min show and we went on the 1015pm (Fri-Oct 2) but still lots of cars in the loop. The images were not that many kinds thorough out the drive (was limited to flying bats, eyes, skelleton, flying witches, etc). However, towards the end, were the big area of spiders and house, pumpkins, cemetery, etc. The radio frequency we tuned in to did not have a good signal and so the quality of the sounds was not at its best. Overall, it's okay but I wished they had done better for the price we paid ($40 for 1 car with 3-5 people).

My mother owns a plant store here! (Unit 33, go check it out and i promise you will end up buying something there!) Improve is such a greatly designed large spaced home improvement mall! Though because the opening was just a few months ago, the store isn't very popular yet, but in a year or so, I can guarantee it'll be buzzing around with customers. There are over 320 stores that are a whole variety of selling equipment that is perfect for new home buyers, couples, and just for anyone looking for furniture!

Just so you know this place has been erected to help customer have all their needs met when it comes to: home renovation, home staging, decoration, and interior design. There is a but here, so many of the stores are vacant and so many of them are owned by one person so it depicts the building a little vacant. And that is not good for business. I believe the purpose has been a good one but the application is not. Peace.

Been here twice, once on a Wednesday and once on a Saturday. Wednesday it was dead, half of the shops were closed and I would say there were about 100 customers walking around in this huge mall... Which I guess is why stores are closed, cuz they don't have enough weekday traffic yet. My trip back on Saturday was way different, 90% of the stores were open, it got quite busy. I had to wait to speak with store attendants at some places. I had 3 large purchases there and was satisfied... The concept of the mall is great, but the problem is how will you get traffic on weekdays???

A very large mall, consolidating many stores of the similar businesses all in one place. That's a good idea. However, many are by appointments, so not opened, therefore, it feels pretty quiet and lonely walking inside. Good thing there are many information displays or one will get lost as every aisle looks the same.

I’ve been at Improve Canada Mall. This is the first place where I wanted to stay longer then needed. I am a general contractor and I needed to find some flooring and bathroom products but I’ve found a lot more then expected for affordable prices and very good quality. And the most interesting thing that all those stores are at one place, under one roof. That’s much easier for me now, because before I was spending days, to go all over Greater Toronto Area, to find a right stuff for me and my costumers, and now only at one place. I defiantly would recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a great ideas or high quality materials.

Great mall. I was really fortunate to find it. I was doing renovation at my house, bathroom in particular, and i was tired of the usual "stores" with same designs and same prices. I decided to check it out and i was not disappointed. There is a large selection of vendors. I even checked out kitchens, flooring and furniture stores and jotted down some ideas for the future. I will definitely recommend it to everyone who is doing renovations in their house or apartment.

I visited this home improvement mega store recently, and it impressed me. The artistically constructed building houses dozens of merchants, artisans, designers, painters, contractors and like tradesmen. It's truly one stop shopping place for all home renovation needs. I liked the concept and liked everything about it except its location. Don't know why the owners chose Concord. In my opinion building this kind of place within some prime Toronto area would have attracted more customers and visitors. Alternatively, other suburbans cities like Mississauga, Markham or Richmond Hills would probably been more appropriate than a location with an address of Concord, generally perceived an industrial city at the outskirts of Toronto. Many people would not even know that although it sounds like a separate city, Concord is in fact part of Toronto, like Scarborough, and not far from downtown Toronto. The owners should make an effort at emphasizing this fact when marketing & advertising.

Went on a Sunday afternoon to see kitchen promo. I was disappointed that so many show rooms were unstaffed or closed. The layout was also confusing and the place was huge but quite empty. Worth while to mention, this is a high quality/fancy/modern/all the good stuff which means most of the products and services are on the expensive side! If you are buying a house or renovating one, I highly recommend you have visit and spend few hours there!

It's big, beautiful and shiny. But it is a great concept that falls completely F-L-A-T. Only 42 out of 400 stores were actually open for business when I arrived at 300pm on a Friday. I know, because I made a point of counting them. That means only 10% of the stores were open for business when I arrived! Most stores were closed without contact info, but some had "for more information, please call". Well, if the vendor isn't going to be there, then why wouldn't I just go to your website instead? And why would they bother to pay premium retail rent, just to display their products....that I can't even get up close to see, because their doors are closed? To boot there are only about 10 stores where you can actually buy things, and walk out the door with them. The others are all custom-fabrication (read: very expensive) stores....like custom kitchens, bathrooms, etc. Note: if you have the $$$$$ to do a kitchen or bathroom renovation, or you need windows or patio a furniture, then I would suggest that you go to store's main showroom, rather than coming here. The store sizes here are much smaller than what would normally be required, to show a vendor's products and selection properly. I imagine it's tough to be a retailer here. Coming here may work for you, but it definitely didn't work for me.

Glam Decor , unit 137 simply horrible service and care for the clients. We purchased very expensive wallpaper for our house from this place , lady owner highly recommend to use her installer...we paid $450 for “professional” installation of one wall and powder room. The gentleman ( installer) waisted 2 rollers of the paper first day because he didn’t know how to do it. Had to come back week after to do new installation that now after not even a month from the installation everything is filling off. After calling the owner to ask if they can fix it she sent 3 pages email saying that her company will not do anything about it. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!! Going elsewhere I’m sure they would treat you better, your money and your business!!! Please don’t waist you time!

Good One Stop Home Improvement Location to get an idea about what options are available and receive price quotes. While there is a lot to see, there does tend to be a lot of repetition in terms of what is available; a lot of similar fixtures and vanities re-branded by the different retailers. I would also use this as a starting point in your search but not necessarily buy directly as there are many others options available in and around the GTA that offer the same items for a much more appetizing price. Overall a really great place to get a general idea and spark some interest but not necessarily the final call when it comes down to making the decision to buy. That does not mean you can't just make sure you've shopped a round a bit before finalizing.

I am writing on behalf of my husband who did some work for NK New Design at Improve Canada. Nicholas and my husband had a verbal agreement to get paid for drywall taping services for a basement in a large home. The job was completed on December 23, 2019 and only 1/2 of the agreed payment was given to my husband. We have tried to contact Nicholas on numerous occasions to no avail. How can you trust this contractor to do work in your properties when he doesn't even pay his workers. We are very disappointed and dismayed in how someone can do business this way.

As of April 28 2017, only 40% of the stores are open. The place is a ghost town, with employees twiddling their thumbs. Many tenants were no name brands, who were victim of a terrible landlord. There is absolutely nothing in any stores to show any possible future for the tenants. Also made a very public show of a possible eviction with multiple signs saying payment overdue. It was in middle of nowhere. The Grand opening is tomorrow and they are extremely unprepared. I personally don't see it lasting more than a year.

Improve Canada has over 350 stores. Not all stores opened yet but the home improvement mall stil seems to have all needed to build a home. A very elegant and luxury mall so beautiful to visit and see all the options available if looking to build or renovate your home. When i visited stores were not open yet, so all i saw was the stores displays. Did not get to talk to anyone so i am not certain about the prices and how they compare to other stores.

I always wanted to go there as I saw it built and delayed for opening. Very big & lovely place with lots of stores space like Pacific Mall but with more shop & walk spaces. However we only saw 3 customers in the entire place along with us. I had to call 2 shops from their biz cards on the table because no one was at the shop which was opened. 1 person was so surprised that I was at the location & asked me 3 times to confirm my location! Goods were great with some over the top displace. However the prices won't get me back. What a shame.

Halloween night of lights Fun and creative activity. Well organized. Lots of cars but they kept moving. I was expecting more lights but still well done. Nice addition of the music. There was a photographer walking in between cars taking shots of the lights. He needed to be wearing some fluorescent garment. Drivers could easily not see him, after all, we are enjoying the light show. Very appreciative of reminding drivers to turn headlights back on after the show.

I was really disappointed after visiting this centre as I found many showrooms vacant and not much activity here. The concept behind this is great but it does not seem to be a success. The few showrooms which were open displayed some really lovely home improvement products

I went to Halloween night of lights. It was a little pricey and could have been better. It was nice to get out of the house and a great idea but a lot of blank spots where lights could go. Hopefully the holiday one will be better. Also enter from the north of you go.

This place is not ready to be open yet, even on a "soft open". 30% of the stores were closed on a Sunday. 50% of the stores are still vacant or not finished. The mall itself is tough to shop. The grid like set up makes it difficult to look down the aisle and see what is there and it's inefficient to try and see all stores easily. Finally, the associates in the stores are clearly eager to help...but they are jumping on you as soon as you step inside the door. Give people a chance to validate what they want to see. They should have waited to open...now I am not sure I want to return and see what the entire vision could be.

New mega home improvement “Pacific Mall” in Vaughan. Has so many vendors packed into this 1 building it makes comparison shopping very convenient. Great for any new home owner or renovator.

Excellent place for design ideas, ...what took them so long to build such a design center in Toronto, next best thing to Milan. After their launch last week, it appears that only a few stores of over 200 are still building, but the ones that are open are top notch and all brand new showrooms. Nothing tired about this place that's for sure :)

Place is amazing and I am not sure why somebody is complaining : when me and wife were there pretty much every store was open. I don’t know where else you can see so much stuff in one day and get everything you need for the house. It’s definitely a place to visit if you need something for the house????

wow! we came here by chance. give yourself enough time to spend at least half a day here, this place is massive! Where else in the world can you find amazing quality products sold by vendors who actually know their products. every vendor we met was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. a directory by category would be helpful that you can take around with you although they do have wayfinding touch screens throughout

I am a very often guest at Improve, and i am very glad to see the huge improvement they've made in this passed year. More and more units are open every time i come in, and now significant majority of the units are operating! Looking forward to experience the center in it's full glory on the upcoming Home Show in September. I would defiantly recommend this place.

Amazing place to get everything you need for your home. There is hundreds of different companies. Beautiful designs all around. Literally you can find absolutely everything here. Only one problem - no people at all. I was there Friday afternoon around 3pm and saw only few people. 200 or more companies in one place and 3 potential customers??? Really? Looks like this place have no future...
